Italian Style Schnitzel with Spaghetti & Tomato Sauce



In Indonesian & English


Bahan
-  500 gr Daging/ayam fillet-ptg tbl 1-1½ cm  Saus Tomat:
-  1 st Rosmary, Garam, lada, Ketumbar        -  1 B.bombay-iris, 1 sm Tomat pasta
-  100 gr Terigu, 100 gr Parmesan, Minyak     -  3 Baw.pth-cincang, 8 Buah Olive-ptg2
-  3 st Oregano segar-ptg, 2 Telur-kocok       -  1 st Oregano kering, 2 st Garam
-  3 sm Mentega, 100 gr Panir                   -  7 Tomat bsr, 2 sm Olive oil, 1 st Gula
Spaghetti:                                         -  1 st Balsamico, 2 st Thyme, 1 st Lada
-  250 gr Spaghetti, 2 sm Olive oil              -  5 Jamur champignon-ptg, 2 Dn salam
-  1½ lt Air+2 sm Garam                         -  ¼ Paprika/2 Cabai-ptg2

Cara membuat
-   Schnitzel: Campur daun oregano, keju, rosmary & panir, sisihkan. Lumuri daging dng garam, lada, ketumbar, diamkan ½ jam. Lapisi daging dng terigu, celup di telur, lapisi dng panir. Pnskan mentega+minyak, goreng daging hingga kecoklatan, angkat, tiriskan di kertas minyak
-   Saus: Didihkan air, rebus tomat sampai merekah. Angkat, kupas kulit, potong2. Tumis baw. pth, bombay, paprika dng olive oil. Mskkan tomat, jamur, olive, salam, oregano, thyme. Masak di api kcl sampai tomat hancur, beri tomat pasta, balsamico, garam, lada, gula, aduk.
-   Spaghetti: Didihkan air+garam, mskkan Spaghetti, masak sampai matang. Angkat, & tiriskan. Beri sedikit olive oil, aduk rata.
-   Penyedian: Atur daging dan spaghetti di piring saji, beri saus di atas spaghettinya.

Ingredients
-  500 gr Pork/chicken fillet, Salt, Pepper   Tomato Sauce:
-  1 tsp Rosmary, 3 tbsp Butter, fry.Oil     -  1 Onion-sliced, 1 tbsp Tomato paste
-  100 gr Parmesan, 2 Eggs-beaten           -  3 cloves Garlic-chopped, 1 tsp Pepper
-  3 st fresh Oregano-cut, Coriander         -  7 big Tomatoes, 1 tsp dried Oregano
-  100 gr Breadcrumbs, 100 gr Flour         -  8 Olives-cut, 2 tsp Thyme, 2 tsp Salt
Spaghetti:                                      -  2 tbsp Olive oil, 1 tsp Balsamico
-  250 gr Spaghetti, 2 tbsp Olive oil          -  5 Champignon-cut, 2 Bay leaves
-  1½ lt Water+2 tbsp Salt                    -  ¼ Paprika/2 Chilies-cut, 1 tsp Sugar

Directions
-   Schnitzel: Combine the oregano, parmesan, rosmary & bread crumbs; set aside. Slice the meat 1-1½ cm thick; rub them with enough salt, pepper & coriander; let it stand for 30 mins. Coat the meat with flour; dip into the beaten eggs; cover all with bread crumbs. Preheat the frying oil & butter; fry the meat until golden brown. Lift from the oil, drain on paper towels.
-   Sauce: Boil a pot of water, cook the tomatoes until the skin cracked; then lift from the water & peel the skin completely. Cut them small, set aside. Sauté the onion, garlic & paprika with olive oil. Add in the tomatoes, champignon, olives, bay leaves, dried oregano & thyme. Cook over low heat until the tomatoes smoothed; then put in tomato paste, balsamico, salt, pepper, sugar. Stir & cook until the sauce becomes thicker.
-   Spaghetti: Boil Spaghetti in boiling water+salt until it cooked. Drain spaghetti with a fine strainer. Put the spaghetti in a bowl, mix them well with a little olive oil.
-   Place the meat & spaghetti in serving plates, pour tomato sauce over the spaghetti.
