Oseng2 Labu Kacang Panjang (Stir-Fry Chayote & Long Beans)

Bahan
-  ½ Labu siam-iris korek api, 1 Tomat-ptg2      Haluskan:
-  5 Kacang panjang-ptg2, 1 sm Kecap manis      -  2 Baw.mrh, 1 cm Jahe, ½ st Jintan
-  3 Jmr champignon-ptg2, 1 sm Saus Tiram      -  2 Cabai keriting, 1 st Pala bbk
-  100 gr Daging-iris tipis, 2 Dn.salam                 -  1 st Garam, 1 st Lada bbk
-  3 Cabai-iris, 2 sm Mnyk wijen, 75 ml Kaldu    -  ½ st Ketumbar, 2 Baw.putih

Cara membuat
-   Rebus daging hingga matang, tiriskan. Sisakan 75 ml air rebusannya. Sisihkan.
-   Tumis bumbu halus, jamur & cabai. Masukkan kecap, saus tiram, daging & labu, aduk rata. Beri air kaldu, masukkan daun salam. Masak sampai air berkurang.
-   Masukkan minyak wijen, tomat & kacang panjang, masak hingga agak layu. Angkat.

Ingredients
-  ½ Chayote-shredded, 1 tbsp Oyster sauce    Grind into a paste:
-  2 tbsp Sesame oil, 1 tbsp sweet Soy sauce   -  2 Shallots, 1 cm Ginger, 1 tsp Salt
-  3 Champignons-sliced, 5 Long beans-cut      -  2 Cayenne peppers, ½ tsp Cumin
-  100 gr Meat-thinly sliced, 1 Tomato-cut     -  ½ tsp Coriander, 2 cloves Garlic
-  3 Chilies-cut, 2 Bay leaves, 75 ml Broth      -  1 tsp Nutmeg, 1 tsp ground Pepper


Directions

-   Boil the meat until cooked, drain. Reserving 75 ml of the broth. Set aside.
-   Sauté the spices paste, champignon & chilies. Stir in sweet soy sauce, oyster sauce, meat & chayote. Put in broth & bay leaves. Cook until the broth reduced.
-   Add in sesame oil, tomato & long beans, cook until the vegetables wilted. Remove from the heat.
