Ayam Goreng Mentega (Fried Chicken in Butter Sauce)


In Indonesian & English

Bahan
-  1 Ayam-ptg 8, 1 st Garam, 1 st Lada    -  2 Jrk limau, 1 Tomat-ptg2
-  100 gr Mentega, 50 gr B.bombay-ptg    Saus perendam:
-  1 Baw.putih-cincang, 2 sm Kecap mns     -  2 Baw.pth-hlskan, 1 st Lada bbk
-  1 sm Kecap inggris, 1 sm Saus tiram      -  2 cm Jahe-parut, 2 sm Kecap asin
-  1 sm Saus tomat, 1 cm Jahe-cincang     -  2 sm Air jrk nipis, 3 sm Kcp inggris
- 2 Daun bawang-iris, Minyak

Cara membuat
-   Campur bahan perendam. Lumuri ayam dng bahan tsb, tusuk2 ayam dng garpu. Diamkan 1 jam agar bumbu meresap. Goreng sampai kuning kecoklatan.
-   Tumis baw.pth, bombay & jahe dng mentega. Mskkan ayam, kecap2, saus2, lada & garam, aduk hingga wangi. Beri tomat & daun bawang, aduk hingga layu. Kucuri air limau. Hidangkan panas2.


Ingredients
-  1 Chicken-cut into 8, 100 gr Butter       -  2 Green onions-sliced, 50 gr Onion-sliced
-  1 tsp ground Pepper, 1 Tomato-cut       Marinate sauce:
-  1 clove Garlic & 1 cm Ginger-chopped     -  2 cloves Garlic-grind
-  1 tbsp Worchestershire sauce             -  2 tbsp salty Soy sauce, 2 tbsp Lime juice
-  1 tbsp Oyster sauce, 1 tsp Salt           -  3 tbsp Worchestershire sauce
-  2 tbsp sweet Soy sauce, 2 Kaffir lime    -  1 tsp ground Pepper, 2 cm Ginger-grated
-  1 tbsp Tomat sauce, Frying oil

Directions
-   Mix all of the marinate sauce ingredients. Marinate the chicken on it; pokes the chicken with a fork. Let it stand for 1 hour. Fry the chicken until golden brown.
-   Sauté the garlic, onion & ginger with butter; stir in the chicken, sauces, salt & pepper until fragrant. Add in the tomato & green onion; stir until the tomato wilted. Stir in the kaffir lime juice. Serve while it is hot.
