Schotel Tahu (Tofu Casserole)


In Indonesian & English

Bahan
400 gr Tahu-tumbuk kasar, 50 gr Keju prt    -  3 Telur-kocok, 3 sm Margarin
1 Wortel-ptg kcl, 2 Bawang putih-hlskan       -  1 st Garam, ½ st Ketumbar
½ Baw.bombay-cincang, 1 Daun bawang-iris   -  ½ st Kaldu bubuk, 1 st Lada
150 gr Daging/Ayam cincang, 3 sm Panir

Cara membuat
-   Tumis bawang putih & bombay dng 2 sm margarin. Mskkan daging/ayam, masak hingga matang.
-   Pnskan oven 180° C. Campur tahu, wortel, daun baw., tumisan, telur, 2 sm panir, keju, garam, lada, kaldu, ketumbar. Tuang diloyang yang telah diolesi minyak. Panggang hingga matang. Klrkan, oles dng margarin, tabur panir. Panggang hingga kuning keckltan

Ingredients
400 gr Tofu-coarsely pound, 1 tsp Salt          -  3 tbsp Breadcrumbs, 3 Eggs-beaten
1 small Carrot-cut, 1 Green onion-sliced        -  3 tbsp Margarine, ½ Onion-chopped
2 cloves Garlic-grind, ½ tsp Broth powder       -  50 gr grated Cheese, 1 tsp Pepper
½ tsp Coriander, 150 gr minced Beef/chicken

Directions
-   Sauté garlic & onion with 2 tbsp margarine. Stir in minced meat until it cooked.
-   Preheat oven to 180° C. Mix tofu, carrot, green onion, sautéed spices, eggs, 2 tbsp breadcrumbs, cheese, salt, pepper, broth & coriander. Place the batter in a greased baking dish. Bake until it cooked. Remove from the oven. Smear the surface with margarine; sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Bake again until golden brown.
