Cah Kangkung Daging Sapi (Stir-Fried Beef & Water Spinach


 

In Indonesian & English



Bahan
-  2 ikat Kangkung-petik, 1 Tomat-ptg 8  -  1 sm Mnyk wijen, ½ st Lada, 1 st Garam
-  200 gr Daging-iris tipis, 100 ml Air      Haluskan:
-  1 cm Lengkuas & 1 cm Jahe-geprek      -  3 Baw. putih, 3 Baw. merah
-  5 Cabai merah-ptg, 1 sm Kecap manis  -  1 cm Kunyit, 1 st Terasi goreng
-  1 Sereh-geprek, 1 sm Saus tiram

Cara membuat
-   Tumis bumbu hls & cabai hingga harum. Masukkan daging, tumis sampai berubah warna.
-   Beri bahan lain, beri sedikit air, didihkan. Masukkan kangkung & tomat, masak hingga agak layu.

Ingredients
-  2 bundle Water spinach-cuted                   -  1 cm Ginger-crushed, 1 Tomato-cuted
-  200 gr Beef meat-shredded, 1 tsp Salt  -  1 tbsp Sesame oil, 1 tbsp Oystersauce
-  1 cm Galangal & 1 Lemongrass-bruised    Grinded spices:
-  5 Red Chilies-cuted, 100 ml Water          -  3 cloves Garlic, 1 cm Turmeric
-  1 tbsp sweet Soy sauce, ½ tsp Pepper     -  3 Shallots, 1 tsp Shrimp paste

Directions
-   Sauté grinded spices & chilies until fragrant. Add in the meat, cook until the mat color changed.
-   Pour in water & other ingredients, bring it to a simmer. Stir in the water spinach & tomato, cook until the vegetables wilted.
