Nasi Curry India (Indian Curry Rice)

Bahan
- 450 gr Beras, 2 sm Curry powder         - 1½ st Lada hitam bbk, 2 st Air asam
- 3 Bawang putih-hlskan, 8 cm Kayu mns   - 1½ sm Jintan-sangrai, 3 sm Olive oil
- 4 Bawang merah-hlskan, 4 Cengkeh       - 1 st Kaldu ayam bbk, Garam secukupnya
- 2 sm Cabai bbk, 3 Tomat-ptg2 kcl       - Air secukupnya, 20-30 Kacang mede grng

Cara membuat
-   Masak beras dng kaldu, cengkeh, ky. manis, 2 st olive oil & air secukupnya di rice cooker. Aduk2 nasi matang sampai uapnya hilang. Buang kayu mns & cengkehnya.
-   Tumis bawang merah & putih dng sisa olive oil. Beri lada, jintan, curry powder & cabai bbk. Setelah harum, mskkan air asam & tomat, masak hingga tomat matang.
-   Masukkan nasi, beri garam, aduk rata. Taburi Kacang mede seblm dihidangkan.

Ingredients
- 450 gr Rice, 2 tbsp Curry powder        - 1½ tsp Black Pepper, 2 st Tamarind juice
- 3 Garlic cloves-grind, 8 cm Cinnamon     - 1½ tbsp Cumins-toasted, 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 4 Shallots-grind, 4 Cloves                 - 1 tsp Chicken broth pwd, Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp Chili powder, 3 Tomatoes-cut      - Water, 20-30 Fried Cashew nuts

Directions
-   Cook rice with chicken broth, cloves, cinnamon, 2 tsp olive oil & enough water to cover in rice cooker. Stir the rice until the steam evaporates. Discard cinnamon & cloves.
-   Sauté ground shallot & garlic with the rest of olive oil. Add in black pepper, cumins, curry powder & chili powder. Once the spices smell good, put in tomatoes & tamarind juice. Cook until tomatoes cooked. Put in steamed rice, add some salt to taste & stir well. Sprinkle with cashew nuts over rice before serving.
