Sop Kimlo Solo (Meat & Vegetables Soup ala Solo)


In Indonesian & English
Bahan
-  1 lt Kaldu Ayam, 5 st Kecap manis             -  1 Seledri-ptg, 1 Dada ayam-rbs; ptg2
-  25 gr Jamur kuping & 1 Wortel-ptg2        -  30 gr Soun-seduh air pns, Bawang grng
-  25 gr Sedap malam-buat simpul                   -  10 Telur puyuh-rebus
-  2 Daun Bawang-iris, 2 sm Margarin            Haluskan:
-  50 gr Kapri muda, 10 Bakso-ptg2               -  4 Bawang putih, 2 st Garam
-  1 lbr Kembang tahu-seduh air hngt, ptg   -  2 cm Jahe, 4 Bawang mrh, 2 st Lada

Cara membuat
-   Tumis bumbu hls dng margarin. Mskkan ke kaldu, didihkan.
-   Beri bahan2 lain (kec. soun), masak sampai matang. Terakhir masukkan soun. Angkat, taburi bawang goreng & seledri.

Ingredients
-  1 lt Chicken broth, 5 tsp sweet Soy sauce        -  1 Chicken breast-boiled; then cut
-  25 gr Black Fungus-sliced, 1 Carrot-cut            -  10 Quail`s Eggs-boiled
-  25 gr Dried Lili flower-tie into a knot                 -  1 Celery-cut, Fried onions
-  2 Green onions-sliced, 2 tbsp Margarine             Grind into a paste:
-  50 gr Snow peas, 10 Meatballs-cut                      -  4 cloves Garlic, 2 tsp Salt
-  1 Dried Beancurd sheet-soaked in warm water   -  2 cm Ginger, 4 Shallots
-  30 gr Mungbean thread-soaked in hot water      -  2 tsp Pepper

Directions
-   Sauté the spices paste with margarine. Mix sautéed spices with broth; bring to a boil.
-   Add in other ingredients (with the exception of mung bean thread); cook until all are cooked. Put in mung bean thread. Remove from heat, sprinkle with celery & fried onions.
