Molten Lava Cake


In Indonesian & English
Bahan
-  56 gr Coklat masak semi manis-ptg2    -  140 gr Mentega-ptg2, 3 Kuning Telur
-  62 gr Terigu serba guna, 3 Telur bsr  -  180 gr Gula Tepung, 1 st extract Vanillie
-  2 sm Baileys/Orange Liquor                     -  Gula tepung, Ice cream, Cherry

Cara membuat
-   Lelehkan mentega & coklat dng microwave atau di panci tim/double boiler. Biarkan sampai dingin kmd beri terigu & gula. Aduk bersama telur & kng telur sampai halus. Tuangi vanillie & Baileys/ Liquor. Aduk rata.
-   Minyaki 6 cetakan muffin bsr/cup tahan panas. Letakkan di atas nampan bakar. Tuang adonan kedalam cetakan sampai ¾ tingginya saja. Sisihkan.
-   Panaskan oven 200°C. Letakkan nampan di bagian rak tengah oven. Panggang 14 mnt atau sampai bagian tepi kue terbentuk/mengembang baik tetapi dibagian tengahnya sedikit basah.
-   Keluarkan dari oven, biarkan 1-2 mnt. Tusukkan pisau tajam melingkar di bagian tepi kue dlm cetakan agak kue terlepas, tengkurapkan di piring saji & angkat cetakannya. Taburi gula tpg. Hidangkan hangat dengan ice cream & buah Cherry.

Ingredients
-  56 gr Semi-sweet Chocolate-chopped       -  140 gr Butter-cut into pieces
-  62 gr all-purpose Flour, 3 large Eggs       -  1 tsp Vanilla extract, 3 Egg Yolks
-  180 gr Confectioners’ Sugar                        -  Confectioners` Sugar-for dusting
-  2 tbsp Baileys/Orange Liquor                      -  Ice cream, Cherries

Directions
-   Melt the butter and chocolate in the microwave or in a double boiler. Let it cool & then add in the flour & sugar. Stir in the eggs & egg yolks until smooth. Pour in vanilla extract & Baileys/Liquor. Mix it well.
-   Grease 6 jumbo muffin molds/ramekins. Place them on a baking sheet. Pour chocolate batter into the molds/ramekins until ¾ the height of the molds. Put aside.
-   Preheat oven to 200°C. Place rack in the centre of oven. Bake for 14 mins or until the edges firm but the center will be a little wet.
-   Remove from oven & let them rest for 1-2 mins. Run a sharp knife around the edge of each cake to loosen, invert onto the center of each serving plate. Carefully remove the mold/ramekin. Sprinkle the top of each cake with Confectioners sugar. Serve warm with ice cream & Cherries.
