Tumis Kacang Panjang & Tempe (Sautéed Long Beans & Tempeh)

Bahan
200 gr Kacang panjang-ptg2 5 cm       -  1 st Garam, 1 st Gula mrh, ½ st Lada
200 gr Tempe-ptg2, 1 st Kaldu bbk   -  200 ml Air, 1 cm Lengkuas-geprek, Minyak
4 Jamur-ptg & 25 gr Leunca (opsion)2 Bawang putih & 4 Bawang merah-hlskan
1 sm Kecap mns, 3 Cabai-iris         1 cm Kencur & 3 Rawit-hlskan, 1 D.salam

Cara membuat
-   Tumis bumbu halus, cabai & jamur. Mskkan lengkuas, salam, kacang panjang, tempe, bumbu2 lain.
-   Tuangi air+kaldu & leunca, masak sampai air berkurang & bumbu meresap.

Ingredients
200 gr Long beans, 1 tsp Broth powder        -  1 tsp Brown sugar, ½ tsp Pepper
200 gr Tempe-cut, 1 tsp Salt, Frying oil     -  200 ml Water, 1 cm Galangal-crushed
3 Chilies-sliced, 1 tbsp sweet Soy sauce       Grind into a paste:
4 Mushrooms-cut (optional), 1 Bay leaf        -  4 Shallots, 1 cm Lesser galangal (option)
25 gr Black nightshades (optional)                   -  2 cloves Garlic, 3 Birds eye chilies (opt)

Directions
-   Cut the long beans into ± 5 cm long. Sauté spices paste, mushrooms & chilies. Stir in galangal, bay leaf, long beans, tempe & seasoning until the long beans wilted.
-   Put in water, broth & black nightshades. Simmer until the liquid reduce & the flavor blended.
