Tumis Kangkung Tauco (Sautéed Water Spinach with Fermented Soy Beans)


In Indonesian & English

Bahan
-  1 ikat Kangkung-petik, 100 ml Air          Haluskan:
-  2 Cabai mrh & ½ Baw. bombay-iris         -  2 Cabai keriting, 1 Baw.pth, 1 Baw.mrh
-  2 sm Tauco, 150 gr Tempe-goreng         -  1 st Lada, ½ cm Jahe
-  6 Tomat cherry/1 Tomat-ptg2, Garam

Cara membuat
-   Tumis bumbu hls, cabai & bombay iris. Mskkan tauco, masak hingga harum.
-   Beri air, tomat & kangkung, masak hingga kangkung layu. Mskkan tempe goreng & garam bila perlu, aduk rata.

Ingredients
-  1 bundle Water Spinach-cut, Frying Fat       Grind into a paste:
-  2 Red chilies & ½ Onion-thinly sliced               -  2 Cayenne peppers, 1 clove Garlic
-  150 gr Tempe-deep fried, 100 ml Water      -  ½ cm Ginger, 1 Shallot, 1 tsp Pepper
-  2 tbsp Fermented Soy Beans, Salt
-  6 Cherry tomatoes/1 Tomato-sliced

Directions
-   Sauté the spices paste, sliced chilies & onion. Add in fermented soy beans; cook until fragrant.
-   Put in water, tomatoes & water spinach, cook for awhile. Stir in fried tempe & salt if necessary (some fermented soy beans are salty). Remove from the heat.
