Ayam Bumbu Kuning (Stewed Chicken in Yellow Sauce)

Bahan
-  1 fillet dada Ayam-ptg2, 200 ml Santan  -  ½ st Lada, ¼ st Pala, 1 Tomat-ptg2
-  3 Daun Jeruk, 2 cm Jahe-geprek               -  1 st Garam, 250 ml Air, Baw.goreng
-  1 Sereh & 3 cm Lengkuas-geprek                Haluskan:
-  2 Kentang med-ptg2, 2 Cabai hijau-iris    -  5 Baw.merah, 2 st Ketumbar
-  1 st Gula, 1 sm Air nipis, 2 sm Minyak     -  2 cm Kunyit, 2 Baw.putih, 3 Kemiri

Cara membuat
-   Tumis bumbu halus. Beri daun jeruk, lengkuas, jahe, sereh, garam, gula, pala, lada.
-   Tuang air ke tumisan, masukkan ayam & kentang, masak hingga empuk. Mskkan santan, cabai hijau, tomat & air nipis. Aduk & masak sebentar. Angkat, taburi bawang goreng

Ingredients
-  1 Chicken breast fillet-cuted, 1tsp Sugar   -  1 tbsp Lime juice, 250 ml Water
-  3 Kaffir lime leaves, 200 ml Coconut milk   -  1 Lemongrass-bruised, Fried Onions
-  2 cm Ginger & 3 cm Galangal-crushed          Grind into a paste:
-  2 med. Potatoes-cut, 1 Tomato-cut             -  2 cloves Garlic, 3 Candlenuts
-  2 Green Chilies-sliced, 2 tbsp Frying fat     -  2 cm Turmeric, 5 Shallots
-  ¼ tsp Nutmeg, ½ tsp Pepper, 1 tsp Salt      -  2 tsp Coriander

Directions
-   Sauté ground spices. Add in lime leaves, galangal, ginger, lemon grass, salt, sugar, nutmeg & pepper.
-   Pour in water, add in chicken & potatoes; cook until tender. Stir in coconut milk, lime juice, chilies & tomato. Cook for awhile. Remove from heat, sprinkle with fried onions.
