Kentang Ongklok (Steamed Potatoes with Garlic Butter)



In Indonesian & English

Bahan
600 gr Kentang sdg-kupas        -  2 Baw.putih-hlskan, 1 sm Daun seledri cincang
1 st Garam, 2 sm Keju parut  -  3 sm Mentega, 1 sm Daun dill cincang (opsional)

Cara membuat
-   Kentang dipotong 4 kmd lumuri dng garam, kukus hingga matang. Lelehkan mentega dng api sdng, tumis baw. pth, sisihkan
-   Selagi panas, taruh kentang ke dlm panci bsr. Mskkan seledri, dill, mentega+bawang pth, keju. Aduk rata lalu sedikit digoyang2kan dlm panci (dihentakkan) sehingga kentang sedikit memar.

Ingredients
600 gr medium Potatoes-pealed     -  2 cloves Garlic-grind, 1 tbsp chopped Celery
1 tsp Salt, 2 tbsp grated Cheese  -  3 tbsp Butter, 1 tbsp chopped Dill (optional)

Directions
-   Cut the potatoes into 4, & then rub them with salt. Steam them until cooked
-   Melt the butter over medium heat. Sauté ground garlic; set aside.
-   While the potatoes still hot, put them in a large saucepan. Toss in the celery, dill, garlic butter & cheese until the potatoes are well-coated. Shakes the potatoes & give the pan a couple of slam on the table so that potatoes a little bit bruise.
