Kwetiau Siram (Kway Teow with Vegetables & Chicken Stew)

Bahan
-  300 gr Kwetiau-seduh air pns                     Haluskan:
-  4 sm Minyak wijen, 5 Bakso-iris2              -  4 Bawang merah, 1 st Garam
-  2 Sosis/Lap chong (opsional), Minyak         -  2 Bawang putih, 1 cm Jahe
-  200 gr Daging ayam-ptg2, 2 Telur-kck     -  2 Cabai merah, 1 st Lada
-  100 gr Toge, 2 sm Maizena+3 sm air        Saus kecap:
-  1 lt Kaldu ayam, 1 Wortel-ptg serong       -  2 sm Kecap manis, 1 sm Angciu
-  2 Daun bawang & 2 Sawi-iris2                    -  2 sm Kecap asin, 1 sm Kcp ikan
-  1 sm Kecap asin, 2 Putren-iris serong       -  1 sm Saus tiram

Cara membuat
-   Campur kwetiau dng 2 sm minyak wijen & campuran saus kecap. Goreng, sisihkan
-   Tumis bumbu hls dng 2 sm minyak wijen. Masukkan sedikit minyak, ayam, bakso, sosis, putren, goreng hingga matang. Masukkan sayuran, aduk sebentar. Beri kaldu & kcp asin, didihkan. Masukkan telur, aduk2. Beri larutan maizena, masak sampai mengental
-   Letakkan kwetiau di piring saji, siram dng kuahnya.

Ingredients
-  300 gr Shahe Fen/Kway Teow, Fry.Oil      Grind into a paste:
-  4 tbsp Sesame oil, 5 Meatballs-sliced       -  4 Shallots, 2 Red chilies
-  2 Sausages/Chinese Sausage (option.)        -  2 cloves Garlic, 1 tsp Salt
-  200 gr Chicken fillet-sliced, 1 lt Broth     -  1 cm Ginger, 1 tsp Pepper
-  100 gr Bean sprout, 2 Eggs-beaten           Sauce mixture:
-  2 Green onions & 1 Carrot-sliced               -  1 tbsp Oyster sauce, 1 tbsp Fish sauce
-  2 Green mustard cabbage-sliced                -  2 tbsp sweet Soysauce, 2 tbsp Soy sauce
-  2 tbsp Cornstarch+3 tbsp Water               -  1 tbsp Chinese rice wine
-  1 tbsp Soy sauce, 2 Babycorn-sliced

Directions
-   Soak the kway teow in hot water for 10 min & then mix it with 2 tbsp sesame oil & sauce mixture. Fry until it cooked. Set aside.
-   Sauté the spices paste with 2 tbsp sesame oil. Put in a bit frying oil, chicken, meatballs, sausages, babycorn, fry until all are cooked. Stir in vegetables; pour in broth & soy sauce & bring it to a simmer. Whisk in eggs. Pour in corn starch mixture, cook until the broth becomes rather thick.
-   Put fried kway teow in serving plates, pour the soup over.
