Perkedel Kentang Daging (Potato & Meat Frikadeller)

Bahan
500 gr Kentang-ptg2, ½ st Pala bbk       -  30 gr Baw.bombay cincang, Minyak goreng
200 gr Daging cincang, 3 Telur-kocok    Haluskan:
1 Daun Seledri & 1 Daun Bawang-iris      -  2 Baw.merah, 1 cm Kunyit, ½ st Jintan
1 st Garam, 1 st Lada, 2 sm Margarin   -  2 Baw.putih, 3 Kemiri, 1 st Ketumbar

Cara membuat
-   Tumis bumbu hls, sisihkan. Tumis daging & bombay dng margarin, sisihkan. Goreng kering kentang lalu dihaluskan.
-   Campur rata kentang dng daging, seledri, daun bwng, bumbu2, bumbu hls & 1/3 bagian telur. Diamkan 15 mnt. Bentuk bulat agak pipih. Celup di sisa telur kmd goreng hingga kecokelatan.

Ingredients
500 gr Potatoes-cut, ½ tsp Nutmeg       -  1 tsp Pepper, 2 tbsp Margarine, frying Oil
200 gr minced Beef, 3 Eggs-beaten      Grind into a paste:
1 stalk Celery leaf-sliced                        -  1 tsp Coriander, ½ tsp Cumin, 3 Candlenuts
1 Green onion-thinly sliced                      -  2 cloves Garlic, 2 Shallots, 1 cm Turmeric
30 gr chopped Onion, 1 tsp Salt

Directions
-   Sauté spices paste; set aside. Sauté minced beef & onion with margarine, set aside. Fry the potatoes until golden brown & then mash them well with a mortar.
-   Combine mashed potatoes with sautéed beef, sautéed spices, celery, green onion, seasoning & 1/3 parts of beaten eggs well. Let it stand for 15 min. Form the potatoes into a slightly flattened oval shape. Dip them into the rest of eggs & then fry until nicely golden brown.
