Puding Roti (Bread Pudding)

Bahan
-  14 Roti tawar tanpa klt, ½ st Garam  -  100 ml Krim+400 ml Susu, 2 sm Rhum
-  125 gr Kismis, 4 Telur, 170 gr Gula   -  50 gr Mentega+70 gr Margarin
-  1 st Vanilie, 2 st Kayu manis bbk

Cara membuat
-   Ptg2 roti. Aduk telur, gula, krim dan susu. Mskkan vanilie, rhum , kayu manis, aduk. Beri kismis. Mskkan roti, aduk perlahan, biarkan sejenak sampai roti melembut.
-   Panaskan oven 170°C. Semir loyang dng margarin, tuang adonan sampai ketinggian 3 cm di bawah permukaan loyang. Sisa margarin & mentega dicairkan, tuang di atas adonan. Panggang selama 40-50 menit (sampai mengembang & berwarna kuning kecoklatan).

Ingredients
-  14 slices white Bread without crust       -  400 ml Milk+100 ml Cream
-  125 gr Raisins, 4 Eggs, 170 gr Sugar   -  50 gr Butter+70 gr Margarine
-  2 tsp Cinnamon, 1 tsp extract Vanilla   -  ½ tsp Salt, 2 tbsp Rum

Directions
-   Torn bread into small pieces. Mix the eggs, sugar, cream+milk. Whisk in vanilla, rum, cinnamon. Add in raisins. Put in the bread, fold it gently. Let it for a moment to soften the bread.
-   Preheat oven to 170°C. Grease a baking dish with margarine then pour in the batter to 3 cm from the top. Melt the rest of margarine & butter; pour it into the dish. Bake for 40-50 mins (until the batter raised & nicely golden browned).
