Soup Krim Jagung (Creamy Corn Soup)

 
In Indonesian & English

Bahan
-  250 gr Fillet ayam-rbs, 200 ml Krim   -  2 Daun baw.-ptg bsr2, Peterseli cincang
-  70 gr Sosis-iris2, 25 gr Mentega         -  50 ml Susu evap, 500 ml Kaldu, 1 st Garam
-  450 gr Jagung manis-rebus & sisir       -  1 st Lada bbk, ½ st Pala bbk, 1 st Thyme
-  ½ Baw.bombay-cincang, 1 sm Terigu    -  2 Baw.mrh & 2 Baw.pth-hlskan, 2 D.salam

Cara membuat
-   Ptg2 ayam. ½ bag. jagung diblender dng krim+susu. Tumis bawang2. Didihkan kaldu, mskkan thyme, daun baw & salam, masak hingga bumbu meresap (± 5 mnt). Buang bumbu2. Mskkan tumisan & jagung ke kaldu. Kecilkan api.
-   Panaskan mentega, mskkan terigu, aduk hingga halus, tuang kekaldu. Aduk hingga larut.
-   Masukkan daging ayam, sosis, garam, lada, pala, masak hingga bumbu meresap.
-   Angkat, hidangkan selagi panas dengan ditaburi daun peterseli.

Ingredients
-  250 gr Chicken fillet, 2 Bay leaves    -  2 Green onions-cuted big, chopped Parsley
-  70 gr Sausages-sliced, 1 tsp Salt      -  500 ml Broth, 25 gr Butter, 1 tbsp Flour
-  450 gr Sweet corns, 200 ml Cream   -  1 tsp Pepper, ½ tsp Nutmeg, 1 tsp Thyme
-  ½ Onion-chopped, 50 ml Evap. Milk   -  2 Shallots & 2 cloves Garlic-grinded

Directions
-   Boil the chicken & then cut small. Boil the corn; cut the kernels off the corn; blend ½ parts of it, cream & milk with an electronic blender until smooth. Sauté grinded spices. Cook the broth until it boiled; put in thyme, green onion & bay leaves. Cook until the flavor blended (± 5 mins). Discard the thyme, green onion & bay leaves. Add sautéed spices & corn into the broth. Reduce the heat.
-   Heat the butter, add in flour, stir up to the batter smooth & then whisk it into the broth. Stir constantly until it dissolves.
-   Put in the chicken & sausages, season with salt, pepper & nutmeg. Cook until the flavor blended.
-   Remove from heat. Sprinkle with chopped parsley & serve while it still hot.
