Semur Bola2 Daging Isi Telur (Egg Stuffed Meatballs Stew)

Bahan
-  300 ml Kaldu, 3 sm Kecap mns, 1 Tomat-ptg2       Bola2 Daging:
-  2 Cengkeh, 2 Dn salam, ½ B.bombay-cincang         -  300 gr Daging cincang, 3 Telur
-  2 cm Lengkuas & 1 cm Jahe-geprek, ½ st Pala      -  1 Baw.pth-hlskan, ¼ st Pala bbk
-  2 sm Baw.goreng-gerus, ½ st Lada, 2 Cabai-ptg   -  1 Pth telur, 2 st Terigu, Panir
-  2 Baw.pth, 1 st Ketumbar, 2 Kemirihlskan          -  3 st Bawang goreng-hlskan
-  Garam & Minyak secukupnya                                     -  1 st Lada, 1 st Garam

Cara membuat
-   Bola daging: Rebus Telur, kupas. Aduk rata daging dng pth tl, bawang2, pala, lada, garam & terigu. Bentuk bulat pipih, ltkkan 1 telur di tengahnya. Rapatkan hingga menutup telur, bentuk bola2 (jadi 3 bola). Gulingkan di panir, kmd goreng di minyak dng api sedang hingga kecoklatan & matang.
-   Tumis bumbu hls, bombay, cabai, lengkuas & salam hingga layu. Tuangi kaldu, beri kecap mns, jahe, cengkeh, baw. goreng, lada, pala, tomat & sedikit garam. Masak hingga bumbu meresap.
-   Mskkan bola2 daging, aduk2 sebentar hingga kuah mengental. Angkat.

Ingredients
-  300 ml Beef broth, 3 tbsp sweet Soy sauce   -  2 Chilies-sliced, Salt to taste
-  2 Cloves, 2 Bay leaves, ½ Onion-chopped        Meatballs ingredients:
-  2 cm Galangal & 1 cm Ginger-crushed             -  300 gr ground Beef, 3 Eggs-boiled
-  2 sm Fried shallots-grind, ½ tsp Pepper          -  1 clove Garlic-grind, ¼ tsp Nutmeg
-  2 cloves Garlic & 1 tsp Coriander-grind          -  1 Egg white, 2 tsp Flour, 1 tsp Salt
-  2 Candlenuts-grind, ½ tspt Nutmeg                 -  3 tsp Fried shallots-grind
-  1 Tomato-small cut, Frying oil                         -  1 tsp Pepper, Bread crumbs

Directions
-   Meatballs: Combine the meat, egg white, garlic, shallots, nutmeg, pepper, salt & flour. Shape the batter into 3 round flat form; place boiled eggs in the centre & bring the batter around it. Shape them into big balls. Coat the balls with bread crumbs. Fry in medium heat until the meat cooked.
-   Saut√© ground spices, onion, chilies, galangal, bay leaves until wilted. Pour in broth; add in soy sauce, ginger, cloves, fried shallots, pepper, nutmeg, tomato & salt to taste. Cook until the flavor blended.
-   Put in meatballs, stir until the sauce reduced. Remove from heat.
