Soup Kepiting Asparagus (Crab & Asparagus Soup)

Bahan
-  400 gr Daging Kepiting, 1¼ lt Kaldu ayam  -  1 B.bombay-cincang, 3 Baw.pth-hlskan
-  2½ sm Maizena+5 sm air, 2 Telur-kocok    -  1st Gula, 3st Garam, 1st Lada, ½st Pala
-  5 Asparagus segar-ptg2 3 cm & kukus        -  2 sm Mentega, 1 sm Minyak wijen
-  1 Jagung mns-rbs & pipil, 1 st Kcp ikan    -  10 Rawit ptg+6 sm Kcp asinaduk

Cara membuat
-   Tumis baw pth & bombay dng mentega, mskkan kepiting, garam, lada, gula, pala, aduk2
-   Didihkan kaldu, mskkan tumisan kekaldu. Beri asparagus & jagung, aduk. Masukkan kcp ikan & cairan maizena, aduk sampai kental. Beri telur, aduk perlahan. Sajikan dng saus rawit.

Ingredients
-  400 gr Crab meat, 1¼ lt Chicken Broth   -  3 cloves Garlic-grind, 2 tbsp Butter
-  2½ tbsp Corn starch+5 tbsp Water           -  1 tsp Sugar, 1 tsp Pepper, 3 tsp Salt
-  5 fresh Asparagus-cut 3 cm & steam      -  1 st Fish sauce, 1 tbsp Sesame oil
-  1 sweet Corn-boiled & shaved kernels      -  1 Onion-chopped
-  ½ tsp ground Nutmeg, 2 Eggs-beaten       -  10 Chilies-sliced & 6 tbsp Soy saucemixed

Directions
-   Sauté garlic & onion with butter, stir in crab meat, salt, pepper, sugar & nutmeg.
-   Bring the broth to a simmer; put sautéed ingredients into the broth. Stir in asparagus & corn kernels. Pour in corn starch mixture & fish sauce, cook until the soup rather thick. Put in the eggs, gently stir. Serve the soup with chilies mixture.
