Steak Daging Cincang Panggang (Grilled Ground Meat Steak)

Bahan
- 450 gr Ayam cincang, 1½ sm Terigu     - 300 gr Daging cincang, 1½ B.bombay-cincang
- 2 st Gula, 2 st Pala, Baw.pth bbk        - 300 ml Kaldu, 1 st Lada htm btr, Garam
-  2 sm Mentega, 3¼ st Lada, 2 Telur    -  300 ml Krim, 1 sm Madu, 3 sm Panir
-  ½ st Cabai bbk, 3 sm Kcp mns             -  5 Baw.mrh & 2 Baw.pth-iris hls & grng
-  ½ st Paprika bbk, ½ st Kaldu bbk        -  1 sm Kcp asin, 2 Wortel & 10 gr Buncis-ptg
-  5 Roti tawar, 3 sm Margarin                -  3 sm Peterseli cincang, 1 kg Kentang

Cara membuat
-   Aduk daging ayam & sapi/babi cincang. Rendam roti di air sebentar kmd peras. Tumbuk kasar baw.mrh & pth goreng, campur dng 2 sm peterseli, kaldu bbk, 1 st gula, 2 st garam, 1 st pala, 2 telur, 1½ st lada, 200 ml krim, roti, panir & daging. Simpan di kulkas 1 jam. Bentuk daging menjadi bola2 oval agak besar kmd sedikit pipihkan.
-   Pnskan panggangan Bbq atau oven 180° C. Campur 1 sm margarin, 1 sm kcp mns,  madu, ¼ st pala, ½ st lada, cabai bbk & paprika bbk. Oles daging dng campuran. Panggang daging hingga matang. Balik posisi daging, olesi bumbu, panggang lagi sebentar.
-   Saus: Aduk terigu dng 100 ml krim, sisihkan. Tumis 1 bombay dng mentega. Beri kaldu, 1 st grm, kcp asin, 2 sm kcp mns, 1 st lada, ½ st pala, 1 st gula, lada hitam butiran, didihkan. Mskkan lrtan terigu, aduk terus hingga mengental, beri 1 sm Peterseli, aduk rata. Angkat.
-   Potong2 kentang, remas2 dng garam & bawang pth bubuk. Diamkan 15 mnt, goreng matang, sisihkan. Tumis ½ bombay dng 2 sm margarin, mskkan wortel, buncis, ½ st garam, ¼ st lada, ¼ st pala, aduk. Sajikan ayam dng saus, kentang goreng & sayuran.

Ingredients
-  450 gr ground Chicken, 1½ tbsp Flour   -  300 gr ground Beef/Pork, Garlic pwd, Salt
-  2 tsp Sugar, 3 tbsp Breadcrumbs           -  3 tbsp Margarine, 1 tsp Black Peppercorns
-  2 tbsp Butter, 3¼ tsp Pepper                  -  2 tsp Nutmeg, 1 tbsp Soy sauce
-  2 Eggs, 3 tbsp sweet Soy sauce             -  5 Shallots & 2 cloves Garlic-sliced & fried
-  ½ tsp Paprika pwd, ½ tsp Broth pwd      -  2 Carrots & 10 gr Beans-cut
-  5 white Breads, ½ tsp Chili pwd              -  1 tbsp Honey, 3 tbsp chopped Parsley
-  300 ml Broth, 1½ Onions-chopped          -  300 ml Cream, 1 kg Potatoes

Directions
-   Mix ground chicken with ground beef/pork Soak the breads in water for awhile & then squeeze. Roughly grind fried shallots & garlic; combine it well with 2 tbsp parsley, broth pwd, 1 tsp sugar, 2 tsp salt, 1 tsp nutmeg, 2 eggs, 1½ tsp pepper, 200 ml cream, bread, bread crumbs & meat. Chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Form the meat into several big oval balls; then flatten into patties.
-   Preheat the Bbq grill or oven to 180° C. Mix 1 tbsp margarine, honey, ¼ tsp nutmeg, 1 tbsp sweet soy sauce, ½ tsp pepper, chili pwd & paprika pwd. Smear the meat with the margarine mixture. Grill until the meat cooked. Turn the meat over, smear with the mixture; grill the other side for awhile until golden brown.
-   Sauce: Mix flour with 100 ml cream, set aside. Sauté 1 onion with butter. Pour in the broth; season with 1 tsp salt, soy sauce, 2 tbsp sweet soy sauce, 1 tsp pepper, ½ tsp nutmeg, 1 tsp sugar & black peppercorns. Bring it to a simmer; pour in flour mixture; whisk constantly until the sauce slightly thickened, then add 1 tbsp parsley; stir well. Remove from heat.
-   Peel & slice the potatoes. Sprinkle with salt & garlic powder; mix well. Let it stand for 15 mins. Fry the potatoes, set aside. Sauté ½ onion with 2 tbsp margarine; stir in carrots, beans, ½ tsp salt, ¼ tsp pepper & ¼ tsp nutmeg. Serve the steaks with gravy, fried potatoes & vegetables.
