Baked Macaroni & Cheese


In Indonesian & English

Bahan
-  375 gr Macaroni pendek, 4 sm Mentega       -  1 st Cabai bubuk, 4 sm Olive oil
-  Air mendidih+grm, 15 Daging asap-iris         -  100 gr Keju Mozzarella serut, Garam
-  75 gr Jamur-iris, 10 Tomat cherry              -  300 gr Keju Cheddar serut, ¼ st Pala
-  500 ml Susu+200 ml Krim, 3 sm Terigu        -  ½ Baw.bombay-cincang, 2 Daun salam
-  1 st Lada htm bbk, 2 st Mustar kuning        -  1 Telur-kocok, Panir secukupnya

Cara membuat
-   Rebus macaroni di air mendidih+garam sampai ¾ matang. Angkat, tiriskan.
-   Tumis bombay, dg.asap, jamur dng olive oil, sisihkan. Pnskan mentega, mskkan terigu sambil aduk. Beri susu sedikit2 sambil diaduk trs. Mskkan mustar, d. salam, bumbu2, masak ± 10 mnt, buang salam. Angkat, beri telur, mozzarella, 200 gr keju cheddar, aduk hingga keju leleh. Mskkan macaroni, tumisan & tomat, aduk.
-   Panaskan oven 200°C. Mskkan adonan dlm loyang yg sdh dioles mentega, panggang selama 15 mnt, taburi atasnya dng panir & sisa keju cheddar, panggang lagi hingga kuning kecoklatan.

Ingredients
-  375 gr elbow Macaroni, Boiling water       -  1 tsp Cayenne pepper pwd, 4 tbsp Olive oil
-  15 Bacon-sliced, 2 tsp Yellow mustard        -  1 tsp ground Black pepper, 2 Bay leaves
-  4 tbsp Butter, 75 gr Champignon-sliced      -  300 gr shredded Cheddar cheese
-  500 ml Milk+200 ml Cream, 3 tbsp Flour    -  100 gr Mozzarella cheese, Bread crumbs
-  1 Egg-beaten, 10 Cherry Tomatoes, Salt   -  ¼ tsp ground Nutmeg, ½ Onion-chopped

Directions
-   Boil the macaroni in boiled water+salt until al dente. Remove from the heat & drain them.
-   Sauté the onion, bacon & champignon with olive oil, set aside. Heat the butter until melted, put in the flour; stir quickly. Little by little, stir in milk until smooth. Ad in mustard, bay leaves & seasoning; stir constantly & cook for ~ 10 min. Discard the bay leaves. Remove from the heat; add in egg, 200 gr of cheddar & mozzarella; stir until the cheese melted. Put in the sautéed bacon, macaroni & tomatoes; mix well.
-   Heat the oven to 200°C. Place the mixture into a greased casserole dish. Bake for ~ 15 min. Sprinkle the top with the bread crumbs & 100 gr of cheddar cheese; bake until golden browned on top.
