Sate Udang (Prawn Satay)


In Indonesian & English

Bahan
-  500 gr Udang besar, 2 st Air jeruk nipis         -  1 st Cabai bubuk, 1 sm Mnyk wijen
-  1 st Garam, 1 st Lada bbk, ½ st Ketumbar     -  1 sm Kcp asin, 3 sm Kcp mns
-  1 Baw.pth-hlskan, 1 st Jahe parut                    -  6 sm Madu, Tusukan sate
-  1 Bawang merah & 1 Cabai keriting-iris hls 

Cara membuat
-  Buang kepala udang & blh punggungnya. Campur rata bahan2 lain. Mskkan udang ke bhn perendam, diamkan 30 mnt. Tusukkan udang di tusukan sate, bakar hingga matang. Didihkan sisa bahan perendam, hidangkan bersama sate udang. 

Ingredients
-  500 gr Prawns, 2 tsp Lime juice, 1 tsp Salt   -  1 tsp Chili flakes, 1 tbsp Sesame oil
-  1 tsp ground Pepper, ½ tsp Coriander                -  1 tbsp Salty soy sauce, 6 tbsp Honey
-  1 clove Garlic-grind, 1 tsp grated Ginger         -  3 tbsp Sweet soy sauce, Skewers
-  1 Shallot & 1 Cayenne pepper-sliced

Directions
-   Remove prawns head & cut along back top to tail. Combine other ingredients together. Put in the prawns; let it stand for 30 min. Thread the prawns onto the skewers. Grilled the prawns until all are cooked. Simmer the rest of the marinate sauce, serve with the prawn satay.
