Bubur Sumsum (Indonesian Rice & Coconut Pudding)

Bahan
  • 100 gr Tepung beras, 1 st Garam
  • 400 ml Santan kental, 150 ml Air kelapa
  • 3 Daun pandan-buat simpul
Bahan Sirup:
  • 200 gr Gula jawa-sisir, 200 ml Air
  • 1 cm Jahe-geprek, 1 Pandan-buat simpul

Cara membuat
  • Campur tepung, garam & ½ bagian santan. Dengan api sedang, didihkan sisa santan, air kelapa & pandan sambil diaduk. Buang pandan. Tuang cairan tepung, aduk sampai kental
  • Sirup: campur semua bahan sirup, rebus hingga mengental. Buang jahe & pandannya.
  • Tuang sirup gula di bubur sebelum dihidangkan.

Ingredients
  • 100 gr Rice starch/flour, 1 tsp Salt
  • 150 ml Coconut water400 ml Coconut Milk
  • 3 Pandan leaves-tie into a knot
Syrup ingredients:
  • 1 cm Ginger-crushed, 200 ml Water
  • 200 gr Coconut/Palm Sugar-sliced
  • 1 Pandan leaf-tie into a knot

Direction
  • Mix rice flour, salt & half of coconut milk. Cook the rest of coconut milk, coconut juice & pandan leaves over medium heat; stir constantly until it boiled. Discard pandan leaves. Pour in the flour mixture; stir well until the mixture thickens.
  • Syrup: Mix all syrup ingredients; boil until the syrup is rather thick. Discard the ginger & pandan leaf.
  • Pour syrup over the pudding before serving it.
