Mangkuk Mie Keju Sayuran (Noodle Casserole with Vegetables)

Bahan
  • 200 gr Mie telur-rebus & tiriskan, 200 gr Daging cincang, Gula 
  • ½ Bawang bombay-cincang, 1 Daun bawang-iris, 3 Telur-kocok
  • 2 Bawang putih-haluskan, 200 ml Krim cair,1 sm bumbu Italy
  • ½ st Ketumbar bubuk, ½ Paprika merah & 1 Wortel-iris dadu
  • 2 sm Saus sambal2 sm Saus tomat150 gr Keju parut
  • 2 sm Mentega, Garam, Lada bubuk

Cara membuat
  • Tumis bawang putih & bombay dengan mentega hingga harum. Masukkan daging, masak hingga berubah warna. Beri bumbu italy, ketumbar, garam secukupnya, lada & gula. Aduk rata lalu angkat.
  • Campur rata tumisan daging, mie, saus2, telur, krim, 125 gr keju, daun bawang, wortel & paprika. Tuang ke cup2 tahan panas, taburi bagian atasnya dengan sisa keju. Kukus/Panggang 190° C selama 20-25 menit/sampai matang.

Ingredients
  • 200 gr Egg noodle-boiled & drain, 200 gr ground Beef, Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning, 2 tbsp Tomato sauce2 tbsp Butter
  • 150 gr grated Cheese, ½ red Paprika & 1 Carrot-dicedSalt
  • 2 tbsp Chili sauce2 Garlic cloves-grind, 3 Eggs-beaten
  • ½ Onion-chopped, 200 ml Cream, 1 Green onion-sliced
  • ½ tsp ground Coriander, ground Pepper

Directions
  • Sauté the onion & garlic until fragrant. Put beef in; cook until the colour changed. Then season with coriander, salt, pepper, sugar & italian seasoning. Stir to combine well; remove from the heat.
  • Combine sautéed beef, noodle, all sauces, eggs, cream, 125 gr cheese, green onion, carrot & paprika. Pour the batter into heatproof cups; sprinkle the top with the rest of the cheese. Steam/Bake 190° C for 20-25 minutes/until it's cooked.
