Rolade Daging Cincang (Ground Beef Roulade)

Bahan
  • 450 gr Daging cincang berlemak, 200 ml Susu cair, 5 Telur
  • 1 sm Kecap inggris, 2 Bawang putih-haluskan, 2 st Garam
  • 2 sm Peterseli, 1 sm Terigu, 2 Roti tawar, 2 sm Mentega
  • ½ st Lada bubuk½ st Pala bubuk, 1 st Gula
  • 75 gr Bawang bombay-cincangMargarin
Saus:
  • 250 ml Susu, 50 gr Bawang bombay-cincang, ½ st Gula
  • 1 Bawang putih-cincang, 2 sm Saus tomat, 1 st Garam
  • 2 sm Mentega, ½ st Lada, 1 sm Terigu, 1 st Kecap asin

Cara membuat
  • Dadar: Campur rata terigu, 100 ml susu, telur, 1 st garam. Panaskan margarin di wajan diameter 22 cm. Tuang adonan secukupnya, buat dadar tipis. Ulangi proses sampai adonan habis.
  • Saus: Tumis bawang2 dengan mentega hingga layu. Taburi terigu, aduk hingga bergumpal. Tuangi susu & bumbu2 lain. Aduk & masak hingga saus mengental.
  • Rendam roti di 100 ml susu lalu peras pelan2, sisihkan. Tumis bawang putih & bombay dengan mentega. Angkat, campur dengan daging. Masukkan roti & bahan lain, aduk hingga rata.
  • Ambil selembar dadar, beri adonan daging, ratakan permukaannya. Gulung bulat panjang dengan rapat hingga padat lalu bungkus dng aluminium foil. Ulangi proses hingga adonan habis. Kukus selama ± 45 menit. Angkat, buka aluminium foil. Potong2 & hidangkan dengan saus & kentang goreng/panggang.

Ingredients
  • 450 gr fatty Ground beef, 2 White bread, 200 ml Milk
  • ½ tsp ground Nutmeg75 gr Onion-chopped, 1 tbsp Flour
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce, 2 tbsp Butter, 2 tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp chopped Parsley, ½ tsp ground Pepper, Margarine
  • 2 Garlic cloves-grind, 1 tsp Sugar, 5 Eggs
Sauce:
  • 1 tbsp Flour2 tbsp Tomato sauce, ½ tsp ground Pepper
  • 1 Garlic clove & 50 gr Onion-chopped, 2 tbsp Butter
  • ½ tsp Sugar, 250 ml Milk, 1 tsp Salty soy sauce, 1 tsp Salt

Directions
  • Omelets: Mix the flour, 100 ml milk, eggs & 1 tsp Salt. Heat margarine in a 22 cm pan. Pour in 1/3 parts of the mixture to make an omelet. Repeat the procedure 2 more times.
  • Sauce: Sauté garlic & onion with butter until it wilts. Put in the flour & stir until it combines. Add in milk & other spices. Cook until the sauce thickens; whisking it constantly.
  • Soak bread in 100 ml milk until soften & then squeeze it firmly, set it aside. Sauté garlic & onion with butter. Remove from the heat & then mix it with beef. Put in the bread & other ingredients; mix it thoroughly.
  • Place 1 omelet in a working space. Spread 1/3 parts of the beef evenly on the omelet surface. Roll omelet; press evenly to compact. Wrap the roll with aluminum foil. Repeat the procedure for the rest of omelets & beef. Steam rolls for ~ 45 minutes. Remove rolls from the steamer & un-wrap. Slice roulade & serve it with the sauce & fried/baked potatoes.

  1. This is such a pretty dish! I've not used ground beef before, usually chicken or pork. This is a great alternative!
