Dessert Mangga Lapis Mascarpone (Mango Mascarpone Parfait)

Bahan
  • 500 gr daging Mangga ranum, 375 ml Krim kocok
  • 2 st Air jrk nipis/lemon, 1 st Parutan kulit jeruk
  • 200 gr Keju mascarpone, 95 gr Gula halus
  • Pistachio cincang (opsional)

Cara membuat
  • Blender halus 400 gr mangga dng 20 gr gula (bila mangga yg digunakan manis, tdk usah ditambahi gula). Potong dadu yg 100 gr utk menghias nanti.
  • Mixer mascarpone & krim dng kecepatan sedang, kocok sampai mulai kaku. Beri 75 gr gula, air jrk & parutan kulitnya. Kocok hingga kaku.
  • Sendokkan krim mascarpone berselang-seling dng mangga halus dalam gelas2 saji hingga terbtk lapisan2. Hias atasnya dng mangga potong & pistachio. Dinginkan di kulkas lalu disajikan.

Ingredients
  • 500 gr ripe Mango flesh, 375 ml Whipping cream
  • 2 tsp Lime/Lemon juice, 1 tsp Lime/Lemon zest
  • 200 gr Mascarpone, 95 gr fine Sugar
  • chopped Pistachio (optional)

Instructions
  • Puree 400 gr of mango with 20 gr of sugar (if your mango is sweet enough, omit the sugar). Reserve & dice 100 gr of mango for decoration later on.
  • Beat the mascarpone & cream over medium until soft peak formed. Add in 75 gr of sugar, lime or lemon juice & zest; beat until it is firm.
  • Spoon altering layers of the  mascarpone mixture & mango into some individual dessert glasses. Decorate with mango dices & sprinkle pistachio on top of it. Chill in the fridge before serving.
