Sate Udang (Prawn Satay)


In Indonesian & English (the English version is below the recipe written in Indonesian)


Bahan
  • 500 gr Udang besar, 2 st Air jeruk nipis, 6 sm Madu
  • 1 sm Kecap asin, 3 sm Kecap manis, 1 st Jahe parut
  • 1 st Cabai bubuk, 1 st Lada bubuk, ½ st Ketumbar
  • 1 Bawang putih-haluskan, 1 sm Minyak wijen
  • 1 Bawang merah & 1 Cabai keriting-iris halus
  • 1 st Garam, Tusukan sate

Cara membuat
  • Buang kepala udang & belah punggungnya. Campur & aduk rata bahan2 lain. Mskkan udang ke bhn perendam tersebut, diamkan 30 mnt.
  • Tusukkan udang di tusukan sate, bakar hingga matang. Didihkan sisa bahan perendam, hidangkan bersama sate udang. 

Ingredients
  • 500 gr Prawns, 2 tsp Lime juice, 1 tsp Chili flakes
  • 1 tsp ground Pepper, ½ tsp Coriander, 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 Garlic clove-grind, 1 tsp grated Ginger, Skewers
  • 1 Shallot & 1 Cayenne pepper-sliced, 6 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tbsp Salty soy sauce, 3 tbsp Sweet soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil

Directions
  • Remove prawns head & cut along back top to tail. Combine other ingredients together. Put in the prawns; let it stand for 30 min.
  • Thread the prawns onto the skewers. Grilled the prawns until all are cooked. Simmer the rest of the marinate sauce, serve with the prawn satay.
