Bahan
- 100 gr Kelapa parut segar, 2 Telur-kocok, Garam
- 2 Daun jeruk-iris halus, 1 st Gula halus, Minyak
Haluskan:
- 1 Bawang putih, 1 st Ketumbar, 1½ cm Kencur
- 2 Kemiri, 1 cm Kunyit, 1 Cabai keriting
Cara membuat
- Campur rata kelapa parut dng bumbu halus, gula, irisan daun jeruk, telur & garam secukupnya.
- Ambil per ¾ st adonan, btk menjadi bola2 diameter ± 3 cm (akan didpt ± 35-36 bh).
- Panaskan minyak. Goreng di minyak panas dng api sedang sampai kecoklatan. Tiriskan. Sajikan sbg hidangan pendamping untuk Nasi kuning & Nasi Uduk (klik pd link utk resep2nya) atau sebagai makanan ringan/snack.
Ingredients
- 100 gr freshly grated Coconut, 2 Eggs-beaten, Salt
- 2 Kaffir lime leaves-finely sliced, 1 tsp Sugar, Oil
Grind into a paste:
- 1 cm Turmeric, 1 Garlic clove, 1½ cm Lesser galangal
- 1 tsp Coriander, 2 Candlenut, 1 Cayenne pepper-optional
Directions
- Combine the grated coconut with spices paste, sugar, kaffir lime leaves, eggs & salt.
- Take each ¾ tsp of batter & then shape it into a ~ 3 cm in diameter ball (you`ll get 35-36 balls).
- Preheat the frying oil; fry the balls over medium heat until golden brown. Drain on a paper towel. Serve as complement for Indonesian yellow rice & Indonesian scented coconut milk rice (click on the links for the recipe) or eat them as a snack.
