Oseng2 Labu Kacang Panjang (Stir-Fry Chayote & Long Beans)

Bahan
  • ½ Labu siam-iris korek api, 1 Tomat-iris, 1 sm Kecap manis
  • 100 gr Daging-iris tipis, 1 sm Saus Tiram, 2 Daun salam
  • 3 Cabai+3 Jamur champignon+5 Kacang panjang-iris2
  • 2 sm Minyak wijen, 75 ml Kaldu
Haluskan:
  • 2 Bawang merah, 2 Bawang putih, 1 cm Jahe, ½ st Jintan
  • 2 Cabai keriting, 1 st Pala bubuk, 1 st Lada bubuk
  • 1 st Garam, ½ st Ketumbar

Cara membuat
  • Rebus daging hingga matang, tiriskan. Sisakan 75 ml air rebusannya. Sisihkan.
  • Tumis bumbu halus, jamur & cabai. Masukkan kecap, saus tiram, daging & labu, aduk rata. Beri air kaldu, masukkan daun salam. Masak sampai air berkurang.
  • Masukkan minyak wijen, tomat & kacang panjang, masak hingga agak layu. Angkat.

Ingredients
  • ½ Chayote-shredded, 1 tbsp Oyster sauce, 2 Bay leaves
  • 2 tbsp Sesame oil, 1 tbsp sweet Soy sauce, 75 ml Broth
  • 1 Tomato+3 Chilies+3 Champignons+5 Long beans-sliced
  • 100 gr Meat-thinly sliced
Grind into a paste:
  • 2 Shallots, 1 cm Ginger, 1 tsp Salt, 1 tsp ground Pepper
  • Cayenne peppers, ½ tsp Cumin, 1 tsp ground Nutmeg
  • ½ tsp Coriander, 2 Garlic cloves

Directions
  • Boil meat until it's cooked, drain. Reserving 75 ml of the broth. Set aside.
  • Sauté spices paste, champignon & chilies. Stir in sweet soy sauce, oyster sauce, meat & chayote. Put in broth & bay leaves. Cook until the broth reduce.
  • Add in sesame oil, tomato & long beans, cook until the vegetables wilted & then remove it from the heat.
