Ayam Goreng Mentega (Fried Chicken in Butter Sauce)


In Indonesian & English (the English version is below the recipe written in Indonesian)


Bahan
  • 1 Ayam-potong 8, 1 st Garam, 1 st Lada bubuk, Minyak
  • 100 gr Mentega, 1 Bawang putih & 1 cm Jahe-cincang
  • 1 sm Kecap inggris, 1 sm Saus tiram, 2 sm Kecap manis
  • 50 gr Bawang bombay+2 Daun bawang+1 Tomat-iris2
  • 1 sm Saus tomat2 Jeruk limau
Saus perendam:
  • 2 sm Air jeruk nipis, 2 cm Jahe-parut, 1 st Lada bubuk
  • 3 sm Kecap inggris2 sm Kecap asin
  • 2 Bawang putih-haluskan

Cara membuat
  • Campur bahan perendam. Lumuri ayam dng bahan tsb, tusuk2 ayam dng garpu. Diamkan 1 jam agar bumbu meresap. Goreng sampai kuning kecoklatan.
  • Tumis baw.pth, bombay & jahe dng mentega. Mskkan ayam, kecap2, saus2, lada & garam, aduk hingga wangi. Beri tomat & daun bawang, aduk hingga layu. Kucuri air limau. Hidangkan panas2.

Ingredients
  • 1 Chicken-cut into 8, 1 tsp ground Pepper, 100 gr Butter
  • 1 Tomato+2 Green onions+50 gr Onion-sliced, frying Oil
  • 1 clove Garlic & 1 cm Ginger-minced, 1 tbsp Tomat sauce
  • 2 tbsp sweet Soy sauce, 1 tbsp Worchestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp Oyster sauce, 2 Kaffir lime, 1 tsp Salt
Marinade sauce:
  • 3 tbsp Worchestershire sauce, 2 cm Ginger-grated
  • 2 tbsp salty Soy sauce1 tsp ground Pepper
  • 2 Garlic cloves-grind, 2 tbsp Lime juice

Directions
  • Mix all of the marinade sauce ingredients. Marinate the chicken on it; pokes the chicken with a fork. Let it stand for 1 hour. Fry chicken until golden brown.
  • Sauté the garlic, onion & ginger with butter; stir in the chicken, sauces, salt & pepper until fragrant. Add in the tomato & green onion; stir until the tomato wilted. Stir in the kaffir lime juice. Serve while it is hot.
