Tumis Kangkung Tauco (Sautéed Water Spinach with Fermented Soy Beans)

Bahan
  • 1 ikat Kangkung-petik, 150 gr Tempe-potong2 & goreng
  • 2 Cabai merah & ½ Bawang bombay-iris, 2 sm Tauco asin
  • 6 Tomat cherry/1 Tomat-potong2, 100 ml Air, Garam
Haluskan:
  • 2 Cabai keriting, 1 Bawang putih, 1 Bawang mereh
  • 1 st Lada, ½ cm Jahe

Cara membuat
  • Tumis bumbu hls, cabai & bombay iris. Masukkan tauco, masak hingga harum.
  • Beri air, tomat & kangkung, masak hingga kangkung layu. Mskkan tempe goreng, aduk & cicipi. Beri garam bila perlu, aduk rata.

Ingredients
  • 1 bundle Water Spinach-sliced, 100 ml Water
  • 2 Red chilies & ½ Onion-thinly sliced, frying Oil
  • 150 gr Tempeh-diced & deep fried, Salt
  • 2 tbsp Fermented Soy Beans
  • 6 Cherry tomatoes/1 Tomato-sliced
Grind into a paste:
  • Cayenne peppers, 1 Garlic clove, 1 Shallot
  • ½ cm Ginger, 1 tsp Pepper

Directions
  • Sauté the spices paste, sliced chilies & onion. Add in fermented soy beans & cook until fragrant.
  • Put in water, tomatoes & water spinach. Cook for awhile & then stir in tempeh. Taste it; add salt if it's necessary (some fermented soy beans are salty enough). Remove from the heat.
