Gulai Padeh Pucuk Ubi/Gulai Daun Singkong Padang (Spicy Cassava Leaves Curry)


In Indonesian & English (the English version is below the recipe written in Indonesian) 

Bahan
  • 2 ikat Daun Singkong, 1 batang Daun kunyit
  • 8 cm Jahe+2 Sereh+3 cm Lengkuas-geprek
  • 400 ml Santan, 5 Daun salamAir
Haluskan:
  • 5 Bawang merah, ½ st Ketumbar, ½ Tomat
  • 2 Bawang putih, 7 Cabai keriting, 4 Kemiri
  • 3 st Kaldu bubuk, 2 st Garam, 4 cm Kunyit

Cara membuat

Ingredients
  • 2 bundle of Cassava leaves, 1 stalk Turmeric leaf
  • 2 Lemongrass+8 cm Ginger+3 cm Galangal-bruised
  • 400 ml Coconut milk, 5 Bay leaves, Water
Grind into a paste:
  • Cayenne peppers5 Shallots, 4 Candlenuts
  • 2 Garlic cloves, ½ tsp Coriander, ½ Tomato
  • 3 tsp Broth powder4 cm Turmeric, 2 tsp Salt
