Bahan
- 3 sm Kelapa parut, 1 Bawang putih, 2 Cabai merah
- 2½ sm Tepung beras+3 sm Air-campur rata
- 5 Bawang merah & 1 Daun bawang-iris halus
- 4 Telur, ½ st Lada bubuk, 1 st Garam, Minyak
Cara membuat
- Kocok campuran tepung beras, telur, lada & garam lalu sisihkan. Sangrai kelapa sampai kecokelatan lalu blender halus bersama cabai & bawang putih. Masukkan campuran kelapa, bawang merah & daun bawang ke adonan telur, aduk ringan dng garpu
- Panaskan minyak di pan dadar (lebih baik yang berdasar tebal) dengan api sedang. Tuang adonan telur, kecilkan api. Goreng hingga sisi bawahnya kecokelatan, sesekali tusuk2 dng garpu. Balik posisi telur, masak hingga matang. Angkat
Ingredients
- 1 Green onion & 5 Shallots-thinly sliced, 4 Eggs
- 2½ tbsp Rice flour+3 tbsp Water-mix, 1 tsp Salt
- , ½ tsp ground Pepper, 2 Red chilies, frying Oil
- 1 Garlic clove, 3 tbsp grated Coconut
Directions
- Beat rice flour mixture, eggs, pepper & salt; set it aside. Roast grated coconut until golden brown & then grind it finely together with red chilies & garlic. Put ground coconut, sliced shallots & green onion into the egg mixture. Using a fork, lightly beat to combine it well.
- Heat a little oil in a pan (will be better to use a thick bottom pan) over medium heat. Pour egg mixture into the pan; reduce the heat to low. Poke omelette occasionally with a fork while you frying it. Fry until the bottom side golden browned. Flip the omelette over & fry again until the other side cooked. Remove from heat.
