Bahan
- 1 Daun bawang-iris halus, ½ st Lada bubuk
- 1 Wortel kecil-iris halus, ½ Tomat-iris2
- 2 sm Minyak, 1 st Garam, 2 Telur-kocok
- 1 Bawang putih & 1 Bawang merah-haluskan
- 3 Cabai keriting-iris, 100 ml Kaldu ayam
- 300 gr Sawi putih/Kol-iris halus
Cara membuat
- Tumis cabai, bawang merah & putih. Masukkan sawi/kol & wortel, masak sebentar. Tuangi kaldu.
- Beri garam, lada & telur, aduk2 hingga rata. Masukkan tomat, masak 1-2 menit.
Ingredients
- 1 small Carrot & 1 Green onion-sliced, 1 tsp Salt
- 1 Garlic clove & 1 Shallot-grind, 2 Eggs-beaten
- 300 gr Nappa cabbage/cabbage-shredded
- 2 tbsp frying Oil, ½ tsp ground Pepper
- ½ Tomato-sliced, 100 ml Chicken broth
- 3 Cayenne peppers-sliced (optional)
Directions
- Sauté chilies, garlic & shallots. Stir in cabbage & carrot; cook for awhile. Pour in chicken broth.
- Put in salt, pepper & eggs; stir well. Add in tomato; cook for 1-2 minutes.
