Bahan
- 500 gr Udang besar, 25 gr Bawang bombay-iris
- ½ Jeruk nipis, 1 Tomat & 1 Daun bawang-iris2
- 1 Cabai merah-iris, 1 st Garam, 2 sm Olive oil
- 2 Bawang putih-cincang, 1 st Lada bubuk
- 2 Daun jeruk, 1 st Jahe parut
Bahan perendam:
- 6 sm Madu, 1 sm Kecap asin, 3 sm Kecap manis
- 1 sm Minyak wijen
Cara membuat
- Buang kepala udang & belah punggungnya. Kucuri air jeruk nipis lalu biarkan 5 menit. Campur rata bahan perendam. Mskkan udang ke dalam bahan perendam, diamkan 30 menit.
- Tumis bawang2, cabai & jahe dengan olive oil. Beri daun jeruk, garam, lada, tomat, daun bawang, udang & 2 sm saus perendam. Aduk sampai matang.
Ingredients
- 500 gr Prawns, 25 gr Onion-sliced, 2 tbsp Olive oil
- ½ Lime, 1 Green onion & 1 Tomato-sliced, 1 tsp Salt
- 2 Garlic cloves-minced, 2 Kaffir lime leaves
- 1 tsp ground Pepper, 1 tsp grated Ginger
- 1 Red chili-sliced
Marinate sauce:
- 3 tbsp Sweet Soy sauce, 6 tbsp Honey
- 1 tbsp Salty soy sauce, 1 tbsp Sesame oil
Directions
- Remove prawns head & cut along back from top to tail. Rub them with lime juice & then let it stand for 5 minutes. Combine the marinate sauce ingredients; marinade the prawns in the sauce for 30 minutes.
- Sauté garlic, onion, chili & ginger with olive oil. Add in kaffir lime leaves, salt, pepper, tomato, green onion, the prawns & 2 tbsp marinate sauce. Stir until prawns cooked.
