Bihun Goreng (Fried Rice Noodle)


In Indonesian & English


Bahan
  • 250 gr Bihun-seduh air panas & tiriskan
  • 10 Bakso & 125 gr Daging ayam-iris
  • 50 gr Pak choy-iris (opsional), Garam
  • 3 Telur-kocok & buat dadar/orak arik
  • 60 gr Wortel & 2 Daun bawang-iris2 
  • Minyak goreng, Bawang goreng-taburan

Haluskan:
  • 4 Bawang merah, 3 Bawang putih, 1 st Lada

Saus: campur rata
  • 1 sm Saus Tiram, 1 st Kecap inggris
  • 5 sm Kecap manis, 1 sm Kecap asin


Cara membuat
  • Tumis bumbu halus sampai harum. Tambahkan minyak goreng, beri ayam & bakso. Masak hingga ayam matang. Masukkan bihun, garam & campuran saus2, aduk rata.
  • Beri telur & sayuran, goreng hingga tercampur rata & matang. Taburi bawang goreng.

Ingredients
  • 250 gr Rice noodle, 3 Eggs-scrambled
  • 10 Meatballs-sliced, deep fried Onion 
  • 50 gr Bokchoy-sliced (optional), Salt
  • 2 Green onions & 60 gr Carrot-sliced
  • 125 gr Chicken fillet-sliced, frying Fat

Grind into a paste:
  • 4 Shallots+3 cloves Garlic+1 tsp Pepper

Sauce mixture: combine
  • 1 tbsp Salty soy sauce, 1 tbsp Oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 5 tbsp Sweet soy sauce


Directions
  • Soak rice noodle in boiled water until softens; drain & set aside. Sauté ground spices until fragrant. Add in more frying fat, chicken & meatballs. Fry until the chicken cooked. Put in sauce mixture, salt & rice noodle; stir to combine it well.
  • Add in scrambled eggs & vegetables; fry until the vegetables cooked. Sprinkle fried onion on top.
