Bihun Goreng (Fried Rice Noodles)

 
In Indonesian & English

Bahan
-  250 gr Bihun-seduh air pns, tiriskan           Haluskan:
-  125 gr Daging ayam-ptg kecil2                     -  4 Bawang merah, 3 Bawang putih
-  10 Bakso-iris, 2 Daun bawang-iris               -  1 st Lada butir, 1 st Garam
-  3 Telur-kocok,buat dadar/orak arik            Saus:
-  60 gr Wortel-ptg kcl2, 5 Buncis-ptg2        -  5 sm Kecap mns, 1 sm Kecap asin
-  Minyak goreng, Bawang grng utk taburan    -  1 sm Saus Tiram, 1 st Kecap inggris

Cara membuat
-   Tumis bumbu halus sampai harum. Beri minyak goreng, mskkan ayam, bakso, masak hingga ayam matang. Masukkan bihun & campuran saus2, aduk rata.
-   Beri telur & sayuran, goreng hingga tercampur rata & matang. Taburi bawang goreng.

Ingredients
-  250 gr Rice noodles, Frying fat              Grinded spices:
-  125 gr Chicken fillet-small cuted           -  4 Shallots, 3 cloves Garlic
-  10 Meatballs-sliced, 5 Beans-cuted       -  1 tsp Peppercorns, 1 tsp Salt
-  3 Eggs-beaten, make scrambled eggs    Sauces mixture:
-  60 gr Carrot-dice cuted                           -  1 tsp Worchestershire sauce
-  2 Green onions-sliced                                -  1 tbsp Soy sauce, 1 tbsp Oyster sauce
-  Deep fried Onion                                       -  5 tbsp Sweet soy sauce

Directions
-   Soak the rice noodles in boiled water until tender & then drain them. Sauté grinded spices until fragrant. Add more frying fat; put in the chicken, meatballs. Fry until the chicken cooked. Put in rice noodles & sauce mixture, mix until it well combined.
-   Add in scrambled eggs & vegetables, fry until it`s cooked. Sprinkle with fried onion.
