Bahan
- 320 gr Mie telur, 2 sm Minyak wijen, 4 sm Kecap asin
- 2 st Kaldu ayam bubuk, 2 sm Minyak, 1 st Lada bubuk
- 20 Bakso Sapi, 10 Pangsit Goreng/Rebus, Minyak Ayam*
- 2 Caisim & 2 Daun bawang-iris2
Kuah:
- 4 Bawang putih-haluskan, 1 lt Air, 1 st Lada bubuk
- 500 ml Kaldu ayam konsentrat, 1 st Gula, Garam
Ayam-Jamur:
- 85 gr Jamur kancing/merang-iris, 1 sm Kecap asin
- 150 gr Fillet ayam-potong2, 1 Bawang putih-cincang
- 2 sm Minyak, 1½ sm Kecap manis, 1 sm Saus tiram
- 50 ml Air, 1 sm Minyak wijen, ½ cm Jahe-cincang
- ½ st Lada bubuk, Garam
Cara membuat
- Ayam Jamur: Tumis bawang putih & jahe, masukkan ayam & jamur, beri kecap asin, kecap manis, saus tiram, minyak wijen, garam, lada & air. Masak sampai ayam-jamur matang & cairan mengering. Sisihkan.
- Kuah: Didihkan air dengan bawang putih, kaldu, lada bubuk, gula & garam secukupnya. Masukkan bakso & pangsit, masak hingga matang (pakai pangsit goreng-tidak direbus). Beri caisim & daun bawang. Masak sebentar lalu angkat caisim, bakso & pangsit.
- Mie: Campur kecap asin, lada, minyak wijen, kaldu bubuk. Sisihkan. Didihkan air yg dicampur sedikit minyak. Rebus mie hingga matang, tiriskan. Masukkan mie di campuran kecap asin. Aduk rata.
- Beri 1 sm minyak ayam di tiap mangkuk saji, beri mie & aduk rata. Atur ayam jamur, bakso, pangsit & caisim di atasnya. Hidangkan dengan kuah.

Ingredients
- 320 gr Egg noodle, 4 tbsp salty Soy sauce, frying Oil
- 1 tsp ground Pepper, 2 tbsp Sesame oil, Chicken Oil*
- 10 Fried/Boiled Wonton*, 20 Indonesian Beef Meatballs*
- 2 Green onions & 2 Green mustard cabbage-sliced
- 2 tsp Chicken broth powder
Soup:
- 1 lt Water, 4 Garlic cloves-grind 1 tsp ground Pepper
- 1 tsp Sugar, 500 ml Chicken stock concentrate, Salt
Chicken mushroom:
- 85 gr Button/straw mushrooms-sliced, 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- 150 gr Chicken fillet-sliced, 1 tbsp Oyster sauce, Salt
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce, 1½ tbsp sweet Soy sauce, 50 ml Water
- 2 tbsp frying Oil, ½ cm Ginger & 1 Garlic clove-minced
- ½ tsp ground Pepper
Directions
- Chicken-Mushrooms: Sauté garlic & ginger & then put chicken & mushrooms in. Pour in water, sauces, sesame oil; season with salt, pepper. Stir until the liquid absorbed & the chicken cooked. Set it aside.
- Soup: Boil water with garlic, stock, ground pepper, sugar & enough salt. Put in the meatballs & wonton; simmer until they are cooked (It is also possible to just use fried wonton-don't have to boil it). Add in green mustard cabbage & green onions. Cook just for awhile & then remove the green mustard cabbage, meatballs & wonton from soup; set them aside.
- Noodles: In a bowl, mix soy sauce, pepper, sesame oil, broth; set it aside. Boil noodles in greased boiling water until it cooked & then drain noodles. Mix it well with the soy sauce mixture.
- Put 1 tbsp of chicken oil on each serving bowl. Place noodle in serving bowls & the mix it to combine with the oil. Top with sautéed chicken, meatballs, wonton & green mustard cabbage. Serve with the soup.
