Udang & Tahu Masak Tauco (Shrimps & Tofu cooked with Fermented Soy Beans)

Bahan
-  250 gr Udang sdng/bsr-kupas        -  1 Baw. mrh, 2 Baw. pth, 2 Cab.keritingHlskan
-  1 bks Tahu Sutra-ptg blt ½ cm     -  4 Baw. mrh, 3 Cabai Keriting, 3 Cabai hjIris
-  125 ml Air, 2 Daun salam               -  5 Rawit-utuhkan, 1 Tomat & 1 Kailan-ptg2
-  2 cm Lengkuas & 1 Sereh-geprek  -  2st Lokio ccng, 1 st Gula, 3 sm Tauco, Maizena

Cara membuat
-   Guling2kan tahu di maizena kmd goreng sampai kuning kecoklatan. Sisihkan.
-   Tumis bumbu hls, irisan bawang & cabai. Mskkan tauco, sereh, salam, lengkuas, gula & air. Masak hingga harum. Beri lokio, kailan, tomat, udang & tahu. Aduk hingga udang matang.

Ingredients
- 250 gr Shrimps-peeled, Corn starch      -  2 cloves Garlic+2 Cayenne peppersgrind
-  1 pack Silken egg tofu-cut into ½ cm    -  3 Cayenne peppers+3 Green Chiliessliced
-  2 Bay leaves, 2 cm Galangal-crushed    -  4 Shallots-sliced, 5 Bird`s eye chilies
-  125 ml Water, 1 Lemongrass-bruised   -  1 Tomato & 1 Kai-lan/Chinese broccoli-cut
-  2 tsp chopped Chives, 1 tsp Sugar        -  3 tbsp Fermented Soy Beans, 1 Shallot-grind

Directions
-   Smear the sliced tofu with corn starch & then fry until golden brown. Set aside.
-   Sauté ground spices, shallots & chilies. Put in fermented Soy beans, lemon grass, bay leaves, galangal, sugar & water. Cook until fragrant. Add in chives, kai-lan, tomato, shrimps & fried tofu. Stir well until the shrimps are cooked.
