Tahu & Tempe Pedas Manis (Spicy Stir-Fried Tofu & Tempeh)

Bahan
-  2 bks Tahu sutra-iris setbl 1 cm            -  2 st Gula, 2 sm Kecap manis, 100 ml Air
-  100 gr Tempe-ptg dadu, Minyak             -  1 Baw.pth & 1 cm Jahe-hlskan, Maizena
-  1 Daun bawang-iris, 2 st Air nipis         -  2 Dn salam, 1 sm Saus cabai botol
-  1 sm Kecap ikan, 1½ sm Kecap asin        -  1 Sereh & 1 cm Lengkuas-geprek
-  2 Cabai hijau-iris, 1 Tomat-ptg2

Cara membuat
-   Goreng tempe hingga kecoklatan. Lapisi tahu dng maizena, goreng hingga kering dng minyak pns (beri jarak antara tahu wkt menggoreng agar tdk saling menempel), sisihkan
-   Tumis bumbu hls, cabai, salam, sereh & lengkuas hingga harum. Mskkan tahu-tempe goreng, air nipis, gula, saus & kecap2, aduk rata. Tuangi air, masak hingga mendidih. Beri tomat & daun bawang, aduk hingga bumbu meresap.

Ingredients
-  2 roll Silken Tofu-sliced 1 cm, Frying oil         -  2 tsp Sugar, 2 tbsp sweet Soy sauce
-  100 gr Tempeh-dice cut, 2 tsp Lime juice      -  1 clove Garlic & 1 cm Ginger-grind
-  1 Green onion-cut, 2 Green chilies-cut            -  100 ml Water, 1 tbsp Chili sauce
-  1 tbsp Fish sauce, 1½ tbsp salty Soy sauce    -  1 Lemongrass & 1 cm Galangal-bruised
-  2 Bay leaves, 1 Tomato-cut, Corn starch

Directions
-   Fry the tempeh until golden browned. Coat the tofus with corn starch; fry with hot hot until goden browned (give some space between each sliced tofu when u fry them); set aside.
-   Sauté ground spices, chilies, bay leaves, lemongrass & galangal until fragrant. Put in fried tofu-tempeh, lime juice, sugar & sauces. Pour in water, bring it to a simmer. Add in tomato & green onion; stir until the flavor blended.
