Bubur Sumsum (Sweet Rice Flour Porridge)

Bahan
-  100 gr Tepung beras, 1 st Garam        Bahan Sirup:
-  400 ml Santan kntl, 150 ml Air kelapa   -  200 gr Gula jawa-sisir, 200 ml Air
-  3 Daun pandan-buat simpul               -  1 cm Jahe-geprek, 1 Pandan-buat simpul

Cara membuat
-   Campur tepung, garam & ½ bag santan. Dng api sedang, didihkan sisa santan, air klp & pandan sambil aduk. Buang pandan. Tuang cairan tepung, aduk sampai kental
-   Sirup: campur semua bahan sirup, rebus hingga agak kental. Buang jahe & pandannya.
-   Tuang sirup gula di bubur sebelum dihidangkan.

Ingredients
-  100 gr Rice flour, 1 tsp Salt        Syrup ingredients:
-  150 ml Coconut water                -  1 cm Ginger-crushed, 200 ml Water
-  400 ml Coconut Milk                  -  200 gr Coconut/Palm Sugar-sliced
-  3 Pandan leaves-tie into a knot      -  1 Pandan leaf-tie into a knot

Directions
-   Mix rice flour, salt & half of coconut milk. Cook the rest of coconut milk, coconut juice & pandan leaves over medium heat, stir constantly until it boiled. Discard pandan leaves. Pour in the flour mixture; stir well until the mixture becomes thick.
-   Syrup: Mix all syrup ingredients; boil until the syrup becomes rather thick. Discard the ginger & pandan leaf.
-   Pour syrup over the porridge before serving.
