Bahan
- 2 sm Saus tiram, 2 sm Minyak wijen, 100 ml Air
- 1 bungkus Sawi Asin-cuci tanpa diperas lalu iris
- 200 gr Daging Ayami/Babi-potong2, 2 sm Minyak
- 1 st Kaldu sapi bubuk, 2 cm Jahe-geprek
Haluskan:
- 3 Bawang merah, 2 Bawang putih, 1 st Lada
- 2 Cabai keriting, 1 st Garam
- Tumis bumbu halus. Beri saus tiram & daging. Aduk sampai daging matang.
- Masukkan sawi asin, kaldu & air. Masak hingga air berkurang & rasa menyatu. Beri garam secukupnya.
- 200 gr Chicken/Pork meat-sliced, 100 ml Water
- 1 pack Pickled Bok choy-washed & sliced
- 1 tsp Beef broth powder, 2 tbsp frying Oil
- 2 tbsp Oyster sauce, 2 tbsp Sesame oil
Grind into a paste:
- 2 Cayenne peppers, 1 tsp Salt, 1 tsp Pepper
- 3 Shallots, 2 Garlic cloves, 2 cm Ginger
- Sauté the spices paste. Add in oyster sauce & meat. Stir until the meat cooked.
- Put in pickled bak choy, broth & water. Cook until the water reduced & the flavour blended. Season with salt to taste.
