Tumis Sawi Asin (Sautéed Pickled Bok Choy)


In Indonesian & English

Bahan
-  2 sm Saus tiram, 100 ml Air           -  1 bks Sawi Asin-cuci tanpa diperas, ptg2
-  2 sm Minyak, 2 sm Minyak wijen    Haluskan:
-  200 gr Daging Ayami/Babi-ptg2      -  3 Baw.merah, 2 Baw.putih, 2 cm Jahe
-  1 st Kaldu sapi bubuk                       -  2 Cabai keriting, 1 st Garam, 1 st Lada

Cara membuat
-   Tumis bumbu halus. Beri saus tiram & daging. Aduk sampai daging matang.
-   Beri sawi asin, kaldu dan air. Masak hingga air berkurang, beri garam secukupnya.

Ingredients
-  2 tbsp Oyster sauce, 100 ml Water  -  1 pack Pickled Bok choy-washed, sliced
-  2 tbsp Sesame oil, 2 tbsp Fry.Oil      Grind into a paste:
-  200 gr Chicken/Pork meat-cut            -  3 Shallots, 2 cloves Garlic, 2 cm Ginger
-  1 tsp Beef broth pwd                           -  2 Cayenne peppers, 1 tsp Salt, 1 tsp Pepper

Directions
-   Sauté the spices paste. Add in the oyster sauce & meat. Stir until the meat cooked.
-   Put in pickled bak choy, broth & water. Cook until the water reduced, season with salt to taste.
