Kwetiau Goreng (Fried Kway Teow)





In Indonesian & English

Bahan
-  350 gr Kwetiau-seduh air pns, tiriskan   -  100 gr Toge, 1 st Lada, 2 Pakchoy-ptg2
- 4 sm Minyak wijen, 3 Telur-kocok           -  4 Bawang pth, 3 Bawang mrh Hlskan
-  6 Bakso & 200 gr Daging ayam-ptg2       Campuran Saus:
-  3 lbr Kol-ptg2, 4 Cabai keriting-iris       -  1 sm Kcp ikan, 2 sm Kcp asin
-  1 st Garam, 2 st Cabai bbk (opsional)     - 2 sm Saus tiram, 4 sm Kcp mns
-  2 Daun bawang-ptg2, 2 sm Minyak          -  1 sm Angciu (opsional)

Cara membuat
-   Aduk kwetiau dng minyak wijen, sisihkan. Tumis bumbu hls, garam, lada dng minyak hingga harum. Mskkan ayam, bakso, masak hingga ayam matang. Mskkan kwetiau, cabai & campuran saus, aduk rata.
-   Tuangkan telur, aduk rata hingga matang. Beri sayuran, masak hingga sayuran layu.

Ingredients
-  350 gr Shahe Fen/Kway Teow, 1 tsp Salt      -  4 cloves Garlic, 3 Shallotsgrind
-  4 tbsp Sesame oil, 3 Eggs-beaten                  Sauce mixture:
-  6 Meatballs & 200 gr Chicken-sliced              -  2 tbsp Oyster sauce
-  3 sheets Cabbage & 2 Bok choy-cut               -  4 tbsp sweet Soy sauce
-  4 Cayenne peppers & 2 Green onions-cut        -  1 tbsp Fish sauce, 2 tbsp Soy sauce
-  100 gr Bean sprout, 2 tbsp Frying oil             -  1 tbsp Chinese rice wine (optional)
-  1 tsp Pepper, 2 tsp Chili pwd (optional)

Directions
-   Soak the kway teow in hot water for 10 mins; drain, mix with sesame oil. Set aside. Sauté grinded spices, salt, pepper with until fragrant. Add in the chicken, meatballs; cook until the chicken color changed. Put in kway teow, chilies & sauce mixture, stir.
-   Pour in the eggs; stir until blended. Add vegetables, cook until the vegetables wilted.
