Tahu Telur (Tofu & Bean Sprout Omelette)



In Indonesian & English


Bahan
-  150 gr Tahu-ptg dadu, 1 st Panir       -  15 gr Kacang tnh-goreng lalu giling kasar
-  4 Telur-kocok, 1 Baw.pth-hlskan        Saus Kecap:
-  50 gr Toge kecil-seduh air pns             -  10 sm Kecap manis, Bwng goreng
-  2 st Garam, ½ st Lada bbk                   -  1 Jrk limau-peras, 4 Rawit-ptg, 100 ml Air
-  1 Daun bawang-iris, Minyak goreng     -  1 Bawang putih-hlskan, 20 gr Gula jawa

Cara membuat
-   Campur bawang pth, telur, garam, lada & panir. Masukkan tahu & toge, aduk & goreng jadi dadar.
-   Saus : Didihkan air dng gula jw, kecap, baw.pth, rawit. Angkat, beri bawang grg & air limau, aduk.
-   Letakkan tahu telur di piring datar, siram dng saus kecap, taburi daun bawang & kacang giling.

Ingredients
-  150 gr Tofu-dice cut, Frying fat             Sauce:
-  1 tsp Bread crumbs, ½ tsp Pepper           -  10 tbsp sweet Soya sauce
-  50 gr Bean sprout-soaked in hot water  -  100 ml Water, 4 Birds eye chilies-cut
-  2 tsp Salt, 1 clove Garlic-grind              -  20 gr Brown sugar, Fried shallots
-  1 Green onion-cut, 4 Eggs-beaten          -  1 clove Garlic-grind, 1 Kaffir lime
-  15 gr Peanuts-fried & roughly ground

Directions
-   Mix ground garlic, eggs, salt, pepper & breadcrumbs well. Stir in the tofu & bean sprout. Put the batter into a preheated pan & make a thick omelette
-   Sauce: Simmer the water, brown sugar, soya sauce, garlic & chilies. Remove from the heat; add in fried shallots & kaffir lime juice. Stir well.
-   Place the omelette in serving plate. Pour some sauce over the omelette, sprinkle with green onion & ground peanuts.
