Bahan
- 250 gr Tahu-haluskan, 2 Kuning telur, 75 gr Daging cincang
- 100 gr Daging asap-potong kecil2, 2 Bawang putih-haluskan
- 100 gr Bawang bombay-cincang, 1 st Kaldu bubuk, Minyak
- 1 Daun Bawang-iris halus, 1 st Lada bubuk, 3 sm Terigu
- 2 sm Margarin, 1 sm Kecap asin, 1 st Ketumbar bubuk
- ½-1 st Garam
Cara membuat
- Tumis daging2 & bawang2 dng margarin. Angkat, beri kaldu, garam, lada, ketumbar & kecap asin. Biarkan mendingin.
- Campur tahu, telur, daun bawang. Masukkan tumisan daging & beri terigu, campur rata.
- Bentuk adonan agak pipih membulat, goreng di mnyk pns dng api sedang hingga kuning kecokelatan.
Ingredients
- 250 gr firm Tofu-mashed, 2 Egg yolks, 3 tbsp Flour
- 75 gr ground Beef, 1 tsp Broth powder, ½-1 tsp Salt
- 1 Green onion-sliced, 100 gr Smoked beef-shredded
- 2 tbsp Margarine, 1 tsp ground Pepper, frying Oil
- 1 tbsp salty Soy sauce, 100 gr Onion-chopped
- 2 Garlic cloves-grind, 1 tsp ground Coriander
Directions
- Sauté the beef, smoked beef, garlic & onion with margarine. Remove from the heat; add in broth powder, salt, pepper, coriander & soy sauce. Let it cool.
- Combine tofu, eggs & green onion. Put in sautéed ingredients & the flour; stir well.
- Shape the tofu mixture into flat round patties; fry in hot oil over medium heat until golden brown.
