Ayam Masak Cabai Hijau (Chicken Cook In Green Chili Paste)

Bahan
-  1 Ayam-ptg2, 2 sm Air jrk nipis      -  5 sm Minyak syr, Minyak goreng
-  4 cm Lengkuas & 1 Sereh-geprek     -  5 Cabai hijau, 5 Daun jerukIris hls
-  2 st Gula mrh, 1 Asam, Garam         Haluskan:
-  3 Daun salam, 1 Tomat-ptg2             -  8 Baw.merah, 2 st Garam, 7 Cabai hijau
-  100 ml Santan, 100 ml Air, Lada      -  2 cm Kunyit, 5 Rawit, 5 Kemiri, 4 Baw.pth
-  2 cm Jahe-geprek, 3 Dn.bawang-iris

Cara membuat
-   Lumuri ayam dng garam, lada & air nipis, diamkan 30 menit. Goreng ½ matang. Tumis bumbu hls, sereh, lengkuas, jahe, daun jeruk, salam, cabai hijau & tomat dng minyak sayur hingga layu.
-   Masukkan ayam, asam, gula mrh, air & santan. Masak & aduk2 hingga ayam matang & kuah mengering. Beri daun bawang, masak sebentar.

Ingredients
-  1 Chicken-cut, 2 tbsp Lime juice              Thinly sliced:
-  4 cm Galangal & 2 cm Ginger-crushed    -  5 Kaffirlime leaves, 5 Green chilies
-  1 Tomato-cut, 5 tbsp Vegetable oil        Grind into a paste:
-  3 Bay leaves, 2 tsp Brown sugar, Salt    -  8 Shallots, 2 tsp Salt, 2 cm Turmeric
-  100 ml Coconut milk, 100 ml Water        -  7 Green Chilies, 5 Birds eye chilies
-  3 Green onions-sliced, 1 Tamarind           -  5 Candlenuts, 4 cloves Garlic
-  1 Lemongrass-bruised, Pepper, Frying fat

Directions
-   Rub the chicken with salt, pepper & lime juice. Let it stand for 30 mins. Fry the chicken ½ done. Saut√© the spices paste, lemongrass, galangal, ginger, kaffir lime leaves, bay leaves, sliced chilies & tomato with vegetable oil until the tomato wilted.
-   Put in the chicken, tamarind, brown sugar, water & coconut milk. Cook & stir occasionally until the sauce almost dry. Add in green onions, cook for awhile.
