- 100 gr Daging asap, 300 gr Terigu, 5 sm Olive oil
- 275 ml Susu, 50 gr Keju serut, 1 st Baking powder
- 75 gr Keju Parmesan parut, 2 Telur, 2 st Mustard
- ½ st Lada hitam bubuk, Garam
- 1 st Cabai bubuk (opsional)
- Tumis daging asap dengan 1 sm olive oil. Campur rata susu, olive oil, mustard & telur. Sisihkan.
- Panaskan oven 180° C. Aduk rata terigu, baking powder, lada, cabai bubuk & keju parut. Tuangi campuran susu, aduk hingga menyatu rata. Masukkan tumisan daging, aduk rata.
- Mskkan adonan ke 12 buah wadah cupcake sampai ¾ ya. Hias bagian atasnya dng keju serut. Panggang 30-35 mnt (sampai matang).
- 300 gr Flour, 50 gr shredded Cheese, 275 ml Milk
- 2 Egg, 100 gr Smoked beef, 1 tsp Baking powder
- 75 gr grated Parmesan, ½ tsp ground Black pepper
- 5 tbsp Olive oil, 2 tsp Mustard, Salt
- 1 tsp Cayenne pepper powder (optional)
- Sauté smoked beef with 1 tbsp of olive oil. Mix together the milk, olive oil, mustard & egg. Set aside.
- Preheat oven to 180° C. Combine the flour, baking powder, pepper, cayenne pepper & parmesan. Pour in milk mixture & stir to combine. Add in sautéed beef; mix it well.
- Fill the batter into 12 cupcake cups until ¾ full. Sprinkle shredded cheese on the top. Bake for 30-35 minutes (until cooked).
