Bahan
- 150 gr Daging cincang, 1 Putih telur, ¼ st Pala bubuk
- Keju Mozzarella-iris dadu ½X½ cm, ½ st Cabai bubuk
- 2 st Bawang goreng-haluskan, 1 sm Peterseli-cincang
- 1 Bawang putih-haluskan, ½ st Lada bubuk, Garam
- Panir secukupnya
- Aduk rata daging dng putih telur, bawang2, pala, lada, cabai bubuk, garam, peterseli & 2 st panir.
- Bentuk adonan menjadi beberapa bulatan pipih, ltkkan sepotong keju di tengahnya. Rapatkan hingga menutup keju, bentuk bola2 kecil.
- Gulingkan di panir, lalu goreng hingga kecokelatan. Hidangkan dengan mustard/saus cabai.
- 150 gr ground Beef, 1 Egg white, ¼ tsp ground Nutmeg
- 1 Garlic clove-grind, ½ tsp Cayenne pepper powder, Salt
- Mozzarella cheese-½X½ cm diced, ½ tsp ground Pepper
- 1 tbsp Parsley-chopped, 2 tsp fried Shallots-grind
- Breadcrumbs
- Combine the beef with egg white, garlic, fried shallots, nutmeg, pepper, cayenne pepper, salt, parsley & 2 tsp bread crumbs.
- Shape the batter into several round flat forms; place a chunk of cheese in the center & then bring the batter around to wrap completely (form them into small balls).
- Coat the balls with bread crumbs. Fry until golden brown. Serve with mustard/chili sauce.
