Bahan
- 350 gr Daging-iris2, 3 Daun jeruk, 2 Daun salam
- 250 ml Santan, 2 st Kecap manis, 1 sm Air asam
- 2 cm Lengkuas & 1 Sereh-geprek, Minyak
Haluskan:
- 3 Bawang putih, 1 cm Jahe, ½ st Terasi, 5 Kemiri
- 7 Bawang merah, 5 Cabai merah, 1-2 st Garam
- 1 st Gula merah
Cara membuat
- Tumis bumbu halus. Masukkan daging & bahan lain (kecuali santan), aduk hingga daging berubah warna.
- Masukkan santan, masak dengan api kecil sampai santan mengental & tinggal sedikit.
Ingredients
- 350 gr Beef-sliced, 1 tbsp Tamarind juice
- 250 ml Coconut milk, 2 tsp sweet Soy sauce
- 2 cm Galangal & 1 Lemon grass-bruised
- 2 Bay leaves, 3 Kaffir lime leaves, Frying oil
Grind into a paste:
- 3 Garlic cloves, 1 cm Ginger, 5 Candlenuts
- 5 red Chilies, 7 Shallots, 1-2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Brown sugar, ½ tsp Shrimp paste
Directions
- Sauté spices paste. Put in the beef & other ingredients with the exception of coconut milk. Stir until beef colour change.
- Add in coconut milk; cook over low heat until the gravy rather dry.
