Bahan
- 3 Paha atas-bawah ayam, 3 Putih telur, Minyak
- 2 st Garam, 2 st Lada, 1-2 sm Cabai bubuk
- 6 Bawang putih+3 cm Kunyit+3 cm Jahe-haluskan
Bahan Pelapis:
- 7 sm Terigu, 7 sm Panir, ¼ st Jahe bubuk
- 1 st Ketumbar bubuk, 1 st Lada, Garam
- 1 st Bawang putih bubuk
Cara membuat
- Potong ayam, pisahkan paha atas & bawah. Kerat2 pada bagian daging tertebalnya.
- Campur bumbu hls dng lada, garam & cabai. Lumuri ayam dng bumbu, diamkan 30 mnt.
- Pelapis: Campur terigu dng garam, lada, ketumbar, baw.pth & jahe bbk. Balur ayam dng terigu, celup di telur lalu balur dng panir.
- Goreng dlm minyak hingga terendam sampai ayam matang & kecoklatan. Hidangkan selagi panas.
- 3 Chicken thighs, 1-2 tbsp Chili flakes, 2 tsp Salt
- 3 cm Ginger+6 Garlic cloves+3 cm Turmeric-grind
- 3 Egg whites, 2 tsp Pepper, frying Oil
Coating:
- 1 tsp Garlic powder, 7 tbsp Bread crumbs, Salt
- 1 tsp ground Coriander, ¼ tsp Ginger powder
- 7 tbsp Flour, 1 tsp ground Pepper
Directions
- Divide chicken thigh into 2 & then make some shallow slashes on the thickest part.
- Mix ground spices with pepper, salt & chili flakes. Rub the chicken with this mixture & let it stand for 30 minutes.
- Coating: Mix the flour with salt, pepper, coriander, garlic & ginger pwd. Roll the chicken in the flour mixture, through the egg whites, then through the bread crumbs.
- Deep fry the chicken in frying oil until the chicken is cooked & becomes golden brown. Serve while it is hot.
