Telur Goreng Bumbu Kecap (Fried Eggs in Soya Sauce)

Bahan
-  5 Telur-rbs & kupas, 5 sm Kecap mns    -  1 Tomat-ptg kcl2, Minyak goreng
-  400 ml Kaldu, ½ Baw.bombay-iris             Haluskan:
-  2 cm Jahe-geprek, 2 Cabai-ptg2             -  2 Kemiri, 2 Baw pth, 2 st Ketumbar
-  1 Jrk limau/1 st Nipis, 2 Daun salam     -  2 Baw mrh, 1½ st Garam, ½ st Lada

Cara membuat
-   Goreng telur hingga berkerak dng menggunakan minyak panas, angkat & sisihkan.
-   Tumis bumbu hls, jahe, salam, bombay & cabai sampai harum. Beri telur, aduk rata.
-   Beri kecap & kaldu. Masak dng api kcl sambil diaduk hingga kuah mengental & telur kecoklatan, mskkan tomat, masak hingga layu. Angkat, kucuri air jrk limau, aduk rata.

Ingredients
-  5 Eggs-boiled-peeled, 1 Tomato-cuted     -  1 Kaffir lime/1 tsp Lime juice
-  2 Bay leaves, 400 ml Broth, Frying oil      Grind into a paste:
-  2 cm Ginger-bruised, 2 Chilies-cut            -  2 Shallots, ½ tsp Pepper, 2 tsp Coriander
-  5 tbsp sweet Soy sauce, ½ Onion-sliced   -  2 Candlenuts, 1½ tsp Salt, 2 cloves Garlic

Directions
-   Fry the eggs in hot oil until the surface becomes crusty & golden brown. Set aside.
-   Saut√© the spices paste, ginger, bay leaves, onion & chilies until fragrant. Add in the eggs, stir well.
-   Pour in the broth & soy sauce. Cook over low heat until the sauce becomes rather thick; stir occasionally. Add in tomato, cook until the tomato wilted. Remove from heat, stir in lime juice.
